Canada North Camps Inc. (14238 – 134 Avenue, Edmonton, AB T5L 5V8) is looking to hire a full-time Cook who could be responsible for preparing and serving a wide variety of food items while maintaining a clean and safe work environment adding to an all-around pleasant dining experience for our customers.
Duties:
9 T1 V  S- C2 p( I- w; c: i* T- Prepare sandwiches, salad bar and other high quality meals
- Supervise kitchen staff
- Ensure kitchen staff follow company safety practices
- Plan menus, estimate food costs, order supplies
- Manage kitchen operations
- Maintain acceptable levels of food production
5 J: z6 p6 I; @7 m& _- C& L; F- Work night shifts, as necessary
Requirements:
- Completion of college or other program in cooking is mandatory. Associate or Bachelor’s degree in restaurant / hospitality/ culinary arts is considered an asset.
- Minimum 2 years of previous experience as Cook in a fast-paced environment is mandatory.

# n  n* g! j6 y% SThis is a contract, full-time position.
$ q9 N4 h5 J! G" ?# [0 K$ W) UWorking hours: 10 hours per day, 70 hours per week.
Working schedule: 21 days on and 7 days off.
+ R5 m+ M) a4 a& H4 x/ A; _" R: GSalary: $160.00 per day. After 3 months of employment, medical, dental, disability and pension plan benefits will be available.
