Canada North Camps Inc. (14238 – 134 Avenue, Edmonton, AB T5L 5V8) is looking to hire a full-time Cook who could be responsible for preparing and serving a wide variety of food items while maintaining a clean and safe work environment adding to an all-around pleasant dining experience for our customers.
Duties:
2 ]# i: T% y1 j) }8 c- Prepare sandwiches, salad bar and other high quality meals
- Supervise kitchen staff
- Ensure kitchen staff follow company safety practices
- Plan menus, estimate food costs, order supplies
- Manage kitchen operations
) ?5 T% Z0 H7 B/ z2 `7 r- Maintain acceptable levels of food production
- Work night shifts, as necessary

9 m3 [! P, N# M- Completion of college or other program in cooking is mandatory. Associate or Bachelor’s degree in restaurant / hospitality/ culinary arts is considered an asset.
1 V1 k  B) U, d% D2 N- S- Minimum 2 years of previous experience as Cook in a fast-paced environment is mandatory.
6 ^6 X& X+ n# p. m# T- Good proficiency in English.
- Highly organized.

Working schedule: 21 days on and 7 days off.
