, s/ h+ ?* b% \/ C% MEDMONTON -- A 32-year-old Edmonton woman charged in the death of a foster boy has made a brief court appearance, but the case was put over to March 5.

2 x. |7 x1 q! i- C& R% aThe woman's new lawyer, Robbie Davidson, said he couldn't go ahead without receiving more information from the Crown." P# D/ E3 j7 z

Davidson said outside court it is not unusual for information such as autopsy results to be delayed, especially in what he called "a complex case."5 C& c N G& k# p& H

The foster mother was charged with second-degree murder last week after a three-year-old boy she was caring for died of brain trauma.
