) E/ z( K7 S3 W$ i真能断章取义，通篇文章那个地方告诉你了页岩油是因为本身特性导致产量下降的？而且你考虑过新开油井的影响？难道从2014年其就没有新开的油井了，这些冲抵下降产量你计算了？！！

从统计的角度看，你这种计算连误差都算不算，整个就是片面和错误的，并且故意断章取义把文章中和你观点最矛盾的第一句话去除不说了：As per North Dakota’s oil regulator, the state’s daily crude output rose 2.4% in Apr after dropping 0.8% in the previous month
