• Provide tier 2-3 support for network issues for technologies such as but not limited to:
   o Microsoft Windows NT 4.0, 2000, XP, 2003
   o Microsoft Exchange 5.5, 2000, 2003
6 E3 l" I; O8 T4 \   o Microsoft SQL Server 7, 2000
   o Microsoft SMS 2, 2003

+ d6 r3 R9 V- V) n; n8 {8 n3 w   o VMWare Virtual Server solutions
5 Q5 a: ]$ z/ Z1 I   o Linux based operating systems
   o Sun Solaris operating systems
; c" \7 s. X/ _- n3 B5 Z   o Advanced level and hands-on knowledge of Cisco IOS, VoIP, and security knowledge and configuration experience
• Provide network solutions and recommendations to customer inquires regarding Anti-Virus, Email & Collaboration, Network Security, Migration Strategy, Disaster Recovery…etc.
• Proper and detailed documentation of all support and project related calls
$ A- W5 `6 F8 t+ b2 [3 N  n• Administration, architecting, and technical support experience on the Microsoft Windows
platform, Microsoft Exchange 5.5 – 2003 platform, Citrix Metaframe platform, Microsoft
2 E/ u# O1 T" I, U8 B# |. dSMS platform, Microsoft IIS platform, Microsoft DNS and Microsoft Active Directory…etc.
• Advanced Cisco routing and switching and/or firewall configurations

* t! x( t: m# TSKILL REQUIREMENTS FOR THIS POSITION:
• 5 – 8 years hands-on IT experience
• Excellent written and verbal skills

• Excellent organization skills with detail AND accuracy
• Excellent documentation skills with detail AND accuracy
• Certification should include some or all of the following:

   o Citrix Certified Enterprise Administrator (CCEA)

• Ability to multi-task and manage multiple medium sized projects
• Ability to understand and deliver high quality customer service
5 N/ G% S5 ?1 G9 i1 G: ?• Advanced TCP/IP and internetworking protocol knowledge
' j0 v1 A% e3 H• Experience in IT operations and an actively contributing team member in project based work
1 m7 T# L8 t- U8 k: t• Advanced technical and hands-on expertise in Microsoft Windows-based migration projects in 800-1500 seat size of multiple domain, sites, and active directory.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Group Policy, DFS, Windows Security, Virtual Server, SharePoint Server, Exchange Server 5.5, 2000, and 2005
* B! E) k& g" s• Have 4+ years of network design experience
• Have led medium to large sized projects
