LOCATION: EDMONTON, ALBERTA, CANADA
DURATION: CONTRACT OR PERMANENT
SALARY RANGE: Compensation will be commensurate with experience, but overall compensation will be results-based and goal-oriented.

7 b- m1 H+ H" f4 b" L# e3 |• Provide tier 2-3 support for network issues for technologies such as but not limited to:
   o Microsoft Windows NT 4.0, 2000, XP, 2003
   o Microsoft Exchange 5.5, 2000, 2003
% H2 Z* U' A. M$ s8 q& e' ^   o Microsoft SQL Server 7, 2000
   o Microsoft SMS 2, 2003
   o Microsoft Operations Manager
   o VMWare Virtual Server solutions
   o Linux based operating systems
# D5 e1 |0 ^2 j8 o   o Sun Solaris operating systems
   o Advanced level and hands-on knowledge of Cisco IOS, VoIP, and security knowledge and configuration experience
• Provide network solutions and recommendations to customer inquires regarding Anti-Virus, Email & Collaboration, Network Security, Migration Strategy, Disaster Recovery…etc.
• Proper and detailed documentation of all support and project related calls
  s% W( Z3 J. S• Administration, architecting, and technical support experience on the Microsoft Windows
platform, Microsoft Exchange 5.5 – 2003 platform, Citrix Metaframe platform, Microsoft
SMS platform, Microsoft IIS platform, Microsoft DNS and Microsoft Active Directory…etc.

/ }, O4 H+ ^+ }9 _• 5 – 8 years hands-on IT experience
• Excellent written and verbal skills

• Excellent organization skills with detail AND accuracy

   o Citrix Certified Enterprise Administrator (CCEA)

• Experience in IT operations and an actively contributing team member in project based work
' G/ \- G0 o- \7 b) A5 ]• Advanced technical and hands-on expertise in Microsoft Windows-based migration projects in 800-1500 seat size of multiple domain, sites, and active directory.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Group Policy, DFS, Windows Security, Virtual Server, SharePoint Server, Exchange Server 5.5, 2000, and 2005
! `8 m% ]2 M- V; S( l9 o  \$ ?( M• Have 4+ years of network design experience
• Have led medium to large sized projects
