o Microsoft Exchange 5.5, 2000, 2003

o Linux based operating systems

o Advanced level and hands-on knowledge of Cisco IOS, VoIP, and security knowledge and configuration experience, H5 }2 A5 s( f
• Provide network solutions and recommendations to customer inquires regarding Anti-Virus, Email & Collaboration, Network Security, Migration Strategy, Disaster Recovery…etc.( F$ ?3 i8 x$ P5 z6 }1 @- e8 [
• Proper and detailed documentation of all support and project related calls
s% W( Z3 J. S• Administration, architecting, and technical support experience on the Microsoft Windows- Y. C5 m4 b8 D% Z9 M2 K' @
platform, Microsoft Exchange 5.5 – 2003 platform, Citrix Metaframe platform, Microsoft0 l9 Q/ @9 i6 T* d/ H5 i
SMS platform, Microsoft IIS platform, Microsoft DNS and Microsoft Active Directory…etc.

• Experience in IT operations and an actively contributing team member in project based work
' G/ \- G0 o- \7 b) A5 ]• Advanced technical and hands-on expertise in Microsoft Windows-based migration projects in 800-1500 seat size of multiple domain, sites, and active directory.- r$ U' S9 z* ^) Z- Z
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Group Policy, DFS, Windows Security, Virtual Server, SharePoint Server, Exchange Server 5.5, 2000, and 2005

• Have led medium to large sized projects
