In accordance with the Edmonton Chinatown Care Centre’s mission vision and values, the Chief Executive officer will lead the organization focusing on the following objectives:

+ I8 Q+ I, W3 ?0 m3 RLead the organization towards the excellence in resident care and quality of life for Seniors
Adhere to the highest standards of organizational management and fiscal responsibility Build networks, alliances and partnerships
Achieve and maintain accreditation standards
- X2 {2 v; ~' T( ^1 Q+ z: F. y0 n, jEngage and collaborate with all internal and external stakeholders
Be accountable for decision and actions
Mitigate risk to the organization.
4 I- P# h( v0 y, _Education:

" I" E% {* O# u8 ~A minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree from a recognized university, or a combination of management, health and/or public administration courses and related experience is required.
• A Master’s degree is preferred in a related discipline
Experience:

Demonstrated involvement with Board’s of Directors.
Public speaking and crisp writing skills are essential.

+ k9 M0 `0 S  `* m' I8 J5 w( [+ `Current or past Member of a professional organization (regionally, nationally or international).

7 }" `  g: U; \) ACurrent or past Member of a Community Provincial, National or International organization.
- }* |5 m) j% K) MMaintains current membership within statutory bodies and organizations in or outside the
, D6 c5 q  _7 z  u, `Center objectives.

Security Clearance :

Must have clear criminal record
