In accordance with the Edmonton Chinatown Care Centre’s mission vision and values, the Chief Executive officer will lead the organization focusing on the following objectives:

2 K. e, d" \% L: E" ~4 xAdhere to the highest standards of organizational management and fiscal responsibility Build networks, alliances and partnerships
4 Q9 ^! s& G5 ~3 G0 aAchieve and maintain accreditation standards
- X' c8 d/ F8 `( kEngage and collaborate with all internal and external stakeholders
Be accountable for decision and actions
Mitigate risk to the organization.
Education:

3 {9 p7 G, ~' m) v! J& M( jA minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree from a recognized university, or a combination of management, health and/or public administration courses and related experience is required.
• A Master’s degree is preferred in a related discipline
Experience:

Demonstrated involvement with Board’s of Directors.
, I8 a$ a% L. w5 qPublic speaking and crisp writing skills are essential.
  q0 }+ W- \) h  s5 |. g5 B# GSenior’s housing, long-term care, supportive living and homecare in a position of leadership.
( k& x% o4 v8 b7 V7 S3 \3 d# p% mProfessional:

Current or past Member of a professional organization (regionally, nationally or international).

Current or past Member of a Community Provincial, National or International organization.
Maintains current membership within statutory bodies and organizations in or outside the
' v" q5 W. j3 K) e5 sCenter objectives.
