请教renew pr 卡邮寄问题

最近需要renew pr 卡，咨询几个问题

1. 是不是只能邮寄啊，不能网上提交吧？
2. 如果一家三个人 是不是可以都放一个大信封里面一起寄啊。 还是要分开寄去啊。

如果是加急申请更换pr 卡，可以网上递交
/ f& m; _& I3 |3 T) J4 ZYou require urgent processing of your renewal/replacement Permanent Resident card. To be eligible for urgent processing, you must provide:
  m% V6 J7 Y" S! n7 Y4 Kproof of travel (itinerary or ticket) that shows your full name, destination and travel dates;
) A) t: x% J7 Q; T4 E1 J0 ~9 Yproof of payment for the travel that shows the date you paid, the full amount you paid, and how you paid;
a letter explaining the reason for the urgency; and
* H' I" X& p/ y+ v& P: lproof of the urgency (e.g. a doctor’s note, death certificate, or letter from your employer).

! R! D. q; ]5 a# D2. 我平常周末在邮局帮忙，对此比较了解。如果你用 express post 大信封，可以把材料分装到小信封里面，上面写上各个申请人的名字，然后把这些信封塞进这个大信封里面。
