工作，老板说压几百块，以防万一突然不来，或者不能够紧守职责。

雇主可以这么解释:

结论就是，在Employment Standard里面，只要员工authorized in writing，雇主可以扣掉或者暂时hold住，你们读也不读就想当然告诉别人错误的信息。
