Getting to this point took five years of debate and negotiations, said U of A student union president Samantha Power on Friday.

2 m: c3 a6 f7 q) CPower said the U-Pass will be environmentally friendly by encouraging more students to use transit, and those who already buy monthly passes will save about $300 a year when the new pass kicks in next fall.
