2000: New owner Dundee Developments spends $30 million on facelift. Safeway moves to the mall's south end, and Zellers enlarges its store. 2003: Sandalwood Management buys mall and starts adding stand-alone stores on "pad locations.": N- Z3 V: M- k1 C7 G* R
