- Order Checking according to guideline

- Follow up and report about order status

- Point of contact with warehouse for all related matters 1 d" p: E7 F4 D2 w( S
- Point of contact with Factory in China   I+ f5 f& Q3 l. h
- Check Customer credit and fill backorders accordingly
  a+ L3 G3 j, k2 E& g$ D; F- Communicate with warehouse for shipment shortage( N7 K, y# u% b( [$ T
- Coordinate and investigate client logistic associated charge backs like shortages, lost/ damage product in transit and missed deliveries with     account representative( ]- U1 L) S& |' G' U9 T
- Submit claim with Fedex or LTL carriers. Follow up from A to Z.
% h) ~' w% q& s6 x- EDI accounts related work and others as required
; A4 K* T2 R* Y1 @3 A7 Q
  f2 Z# T/ s( ^# z' u( NII.        Logistic:
  g6 B$ q" G; A7 f, _, g. Z3 h0 ^8 z& N3 X% i3 U" u. J
- Organizing and managing inventory, storage, and transportation.
; b! p: ?$ c/ \- Analyzing and optimizing logistical procedures3 M2 R% I. w1 |* x# A; d, ^2 `+ u
- Recommend most efficient means of transportation needs and procedures.
) E' }" }( R; }2 f  b- Support monthly summary of transporter scorecard reports along with tracking metrics.! W0 E. g5 k2 V5 u
- Perform on going evaluation and review of transportation arrangement for constant improvement opportunities." E; t& Y# |* F" Z* i! v
- Collect scorecard metrics and ensure to persuade changes with suppliers.. w1 K% o0 M4 H! R$ f7 P6 D
- Investigate alternative distribution processes effectiveness for definite customers as required.

- Develop and present status reports to improve and supervise logistics order performance.

- Identify best cost effective procedure of transportation.; L5 ?+ x, z( m- ^( T
