( s& c0 e. h: X$ a! Q5 C- Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office skills, particularly with Excel, Word and Outlook. Strong Excel skills is required.

+ L; O* u  v& D, Z5 y- Working Hour request: 7:00 am – 3:30 pm with 1 hour break in between (Monday to Friday except statutory holiday)

- Order Checking according to guideline
2 g7 q' p" k/ I3 ]" P  V- Order/Data entry Accuracy in time manner
& {- H2 ^) P: A0 w* {- Charge Credit Card to approve payment
- Send orders to warehouse to process
- Communicate with warehouse if there is any special request or Inventory Shortage
- Follow up and report about order status
  p7 g- `. X6 y7 O# Z, l+ {0 @- Ensuring the safe and timely pick-up and delivery of shipments.
  W+ Z# h  j  o% d/ ?" H% u$ e9 B) g- Monitoring shipments, costs, timelines, and productivity.
9 V! i% I7 K, e6 G* Y# b4 s- Addressing and resolving shipment and inventory issues independently
% e0 T- Y; j" |# ~" b- Submit ASN and invoice on Customer Portal in Time Manner.
/ P& P2 \' j$ A: [; s0 L- Submit weekly inventory update on assigned Portal
- Point of contact with warehouse for all related matters
- Point of contact with Factory in China
- Check Customer credit and fill backorders accordingly
  a+ L3 G3 j, k2 E& g$ D; F- Communicate with warehouse for shipment shortage
- Coordinate and investigate client logistic associated charge backs like shortages, lost/ damage product in transit and missed deliveries with     account representative
- Submit claim with Fedex or LTL carriers. Follow up from A to Z.

- Organizing and managing inventory, storage, and transportation.
; b! p: ?$ c/ \- Analyzing and optimizing logistical procedures
- Recommend most efficient means of transportation needs and procedures.
) E' }" }( R; }2 f  b- Support monthly summary of transporter scorecard reports along with tracking metrics.
- Perform on going evaluation and review of transportation arrangement for constant improvement opportunities.
- Collect scorecard metrics and ensure to persuade changes with suppliers.
- Investigate alternative distribution processes effectiveness for definite customers as required.
1 C5 ]2 N4 Y0 k8 N7 z0 o1 V- Identify sensitive clients and interact special customer requirements with carriers.
- Develop and present status reports to improve and supervise logistics order performance.
1 e: t' M! `  A& ~/ L% Z' }- Instruct carrier agents and supervise for ample action and results concerning transportation.
- Identify best cost effective procedure of transportation.

- Work out Sales or Inventory related Reports on Monthly Basis or others as required
! A5 O7 W4 e. V6 {- Work out Weekly Sales Report
- Data Analysis on Weekly Sales Through Report for 2-5 key accounts
: s) E7 O! I3 ]8 J8 r% [- Update system with Shipping information at order level
( {& Z4 g* x: d) ^- Assist Auditing’s request for Order Processing related procedures
6 c( M) r3 Z9 G: _- Customer Service and other duties as required.
