Requirements:

- Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office skills, particularly with Excel, Word and Outlook. Strong Excel skills is required.

- Working Hour request: 7:00 am – 3:30 pm with 1 hour break in between (Monday to Friday except statutory holiday)

- Bilingual in Mandarin and English is required

- Order Checking according to guideline
0 y6 |7 {0 w1 ]0 ]- Order/Data entry Accuracy in time manner
' ^( J; u. Q5 H9 W% r" {. o- Charge Credit Card to approve payment* Z7 [8 s" A; s3 ^
- Send orders to warehouse to process
1 }. r9 \) x6 h* ~- X- Communicate with warehouse if there is any special request or Inventory Shortage" N% h( \* J% K
- Follow up and report about order status
, ^9 C0 i# A5 v8 \- `- Ensuring the safe and timely pick-up and delivery of shipments.) P) l' N( t% y$ E- D
- Monitoring shipments, costs, timelines, and productivity.% Y: C  M* a( y0 w( g
- Addressing and resolving shipment and inventory issues independently
2 x4 T; j- y( |! y- Submit ASN and invoice on Customer Portal in Time Manner.
6 V# W/ r- f& l$ T- Submit weekly inventory update on assigned Portal
! J- K6 t. L2 B. m3 q% z3 t$ t- Point of contact with warehouse for all related matters
' T" |3 `- e- k4 `# a- Point of contact with Factory in China ; p+ R# v5 q; g
- Check Customer credit and fill backorders accordingly
/ r% R5 [& _9 L( z/ U- Communicate with warehouse for shipment shortage
) J9 y8 B5 Z) D- Coordinate and investigate client logistic associated charge backs like shortages, lost/ damage product in transit and missed deliveries with     account representative# b+ k' r' v6 w) }0 b& R; U
- Submit claim with Fedex or LTL carriers. Follow up from A to Z.
4 }; t2 L8 q3 ?$ }1 O( _- EDI accounts related work and others as required ; Q6 f/ b, l3 j1 K

II.        Logistic:

4 ?0 S! F5 Z# b- B7 _- Organizing and managing inventory, storage, and transportation.
' ~+ \, f) O7 C' u; o  O% ?- Analyzing and optimizing logistical procedures
% Q8 k! ~7 h! P5 d- Recommend most efficient means of transportation needs and procedures.
& n7 Z1 R" x  y& P! K- Support monthly summary of transporter scorecard reports along with tracking metrics.
0 o( Z' Y* y( v% |( E0 N- Perform on going evaluation and review of transportation arrangement for constant improvement opportunities.7 R9 z. K( Z, I% E9 Q7 |# k2 P; |) @
- Collect scorecard metrics and ensure to persuade changes with suppliers.6 N0 I& K2 x$ j
- Investigate alternative distribution processes effectiveness for definite customers as required.5 q2 i: E4 H/ \' ?5 m! e1 O
- Identify sensitive clients and interact special customer requirements with carriers.4 C# E1 Y: f. |8 S" q9 O
- Develop and present status reports to improve and supervise logistics order performance.
. G. T1 [+ [1 D5 Y+ z: h/ Z- Instruct carrier agents and supervise for ample action and results concerning transportation.4 s' _; m; Y- Y, i" ?
- Identify best cost effective procedure of transportation.

- Respond to customer & Internal team’s inquiries and ability to solve problems# Y7 V/ D1 I3 B9 E. Y
- Be fully responsible. Inquiries need to be followed from A to Z on your own and in time manner 8 Q: r& N& }# [( j# L) e! c: Y
- Work out Sales or Inventory related Reports on Monthly Basis or others as required: v4 I( f: O1 s7 t7 k, W
- Work out Weekly Sales Report
( y& E" K8 A6 r2 Y- Data Analysis on Weekly Sales Through Report for 2-5 key accounts# b: ^1 f+ q: }) u3 o& ]  V
- Update system with Shipping information at order level

- Customer Service and other duties as required.
