-Completion of a post-secondary education* ^7 H4 u( l* f. y
-Completion of the Canadian Securities Course (CSC) and Conduct and Practices Handbook Examination (CPH) or registered with the IIROC
! J+ W& [2 g5 o; v0 f-Completion of/in the process of completing the Derivatives Fundamentals and Options Licensing Course (DFOL)
. x! K# l5 H6 @-Working knowledge of the fundamentals/techniques of equity, fixed income, option, and mutual fund trading, and the applicable rules & regulations sufficient to trade securities for the public
+ c( t7 ^) J' L4 h1 U' c) {-Working knowledge of the marketplace, including current conditions & trends in the Canadian & US stock and bond markets
! a* H' w$ P7 @: h-Well-developed organization and prioritization skills, with proven ability to juggle multiple tasks within a dynamic, deadline-driven environment.8 }9 F6 N6 R* [+ L/ c8 a4 f
-Demonstrated tact and diplomacy/ N& w2 Q% m+ ^- A- Q, N
-Demonstrated high-level customer service-oriented approach.: Q& f U. Z8 |; a7 L$ Q9 o3 T
