-Completion of a post-secondary education
+ }" n: a/ H8 m, X# e( J-Completion of the Canadian Securities Course (CSC) and Conduct and Practices Handbook Examination (CPH) or registered with the IIROC
* k8 C1 U8 u$ f: `, m4 r-Completion of/in the process of completing the Derivatives Fundamentals and Options Licensing Course (DFOL)
' i1 I' d0 ?0 J-Working knowledge of the fundamentals/techniques of equity, fixed income, option, and mutual fund trading, and the applicable rules & regulations sufficient to trade securities for the public
, D2 |, J0 b5 Z-Working knowledge of the marketplace, including current conditions & trends in the Canadian & US stock and bond markets
-Well-developed organization and prioritization skills, with proven ability to juggle multiple tasks within a dynamic, deadline-driven environment.
-Demonstrated tact and diplomacy
-Demonstrated high-level customer service-oriented approach.
5 u1 o; O2 i$ @& V-Willingness to work flexible, extended hours and weekends as required
4 F% P" y' L4 j& H5 U: Z( J-Previous experience working directly in a highly client-driven environment, typically acquired with at least 6-12 months experience in a call center environment
-Sales Experience is an asset
7 W. P, W- R1 I9 C' N3 \1 e2 n: X-Fluent in English and Cantonese
-Second business language skills in French, and/or Mandarin are an asset
