- Team player and development minded.

- Ability to learn and operate new software and technology.
- Detailed orientated with good time management and organizational skills.

/ }7 \; \; U5 u1 t1 M4 R- Professional appearance and attitude.
- Previous customer service/banking industry experience an asset.
6 K4 ]  z# f- t- Ability to handle large volumes, tight turnarounds, and multiple deadlines.
% J9 n( L/ e0 a' ]+ H3 K& |- Some experience with conflict resolution required.
% F' O' }7 f( U* u0 t* o6 |( V- Cantonese and Mandarin language skills an asset.
