Job Responsibilities:

9 Y" Z2 b' q  ?- E9 @" O$ J• Maximize company sales growth and profitability through the use of creative selling skills, teamwork and customer service
• Self motivated ability to work with little or no supervision
• Ensure store presentation standards and cleanliness
• Maintain knowledge of all product information, intranet communications, and current advertising and marketing initiatives.
, ^; Y( H0 S7 i+ }6 @; I; i6 R) w• Maintain flexibility with schedule to meet the needs of the team and overall business.
• Help with moving furniture in showroom and assemble the display.

• Proven strong sales and customer service
6 Y  e- M+ R& e8 D• outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
! l6 t) S5 Y8 \3 X; y8 o4 n• Proficient at analyzing numbers.
• Able to work under fast pace work environment.
1 J# Q" u- V; Y. B& \, |• Adept at problem solving and ability to manage change in a positive manner.
- ?9 q, l! T) f• Strong computer skills and knowledge
( p' ?: U) @" Q, H1 F& v• Ability to work independently and self-motivated
+ z* `; F6 Z  w$ T1 a) E• Act professionally, ethically and with integrity to use good judgment.
& Z" r) x: l+ j • Strong time management. Strong attention to detail
% o* }% u4 B/ B/ p• Previous customer service experience
' F. ]" T  J8 ]2 X• Strong negotiation and presentation skills.

• Availability - evening and weekend shift are a must
• A Post-secondary education is minimum requirement
