; d( n. {, p+ n) g8 e( |( a• Maximize company sales growth and profitability through the use of creative selling skills, teamwork and customer service
• Self motivated ability to work with little or no supervision
• Ensure store presentation standards and cleanliness
• Maintain knowledge of all product information, intranet communications, and current advertising and marketing initiatives.
• Maintain flexibility with schedule to meet the needs of the team and overall business.

• Proven strong sales and customer service
/ [+ s: j$ |4 k+ t( J/ l• outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
" T2 {  P) V, }+ U$ ~; p• Proficient at analyzing numbers.
% P2 d" K0 i3 r, y: a+ R4 s• Able to work under fast pace work environment.
  i7 x7 f( _4 J$ l4 S- i5 U• Adept at problem solving and ability to manage change in a positive manner.
( E) ^$ N* Z2 m0 a+ [: t( G& w• Strong computer skills and knowledge
• Ability to work independently and self-motivated
: a0 r9 w7 R' p• Act professionally, ethically and with integrity to use good judgment.
• Strong time management. Strong attention to detail

• Strong negotiation and presentation skills.

• A Post-secondary education is minimum requirement
