• Maximize company sales growth and profitability through the use of creative selling skills, teamwork and customer service
) p3 L1 X6 f- ^! ]1 \& u4 Q• Self motivated ability to work with little or no supervision
; @/ E% A! v/ ^  G# I" V% Z• Ensure store presentation standards and cleanliness
9 P0 S' S, l1 U3 q• Maintain knowledge of all product information, intranet communications, and current advertising and marketing initiatives.
- w9 X' O  @- p/ M9 \• Maintain flexibility with schedule to meet the needs of the team and overall business.
- n1 a( T: i( R• Help with moving furniture in showroom and assemble the display.

Qualifications:

7 c2 c5 G+ e2 E) ~; d. J7 d5 K• Proven strong sales and customer service
• outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
2 L+ n7 Q0 K2 L+ e3 x+ W4 n• Proficient at analyzing numbers.
• Able to work under fast pace work environment.
• Adept at problem solving and ability to manage change in a positive manner.
• Strong computer skills and knowledge
* h, R; `' v, j! {  x2 F% f/ A• Ability to work independently and self-motivated
2 @- T9 f$ p" q/ e) U1 C. @• Act professionally, ethically and with integrity to use good judgment.
• Strong time management. Strong attention to detail
• Previous customer service experience
• Strong negotiation and presentation skills.

• Availability - evening and weekend shift are a must
• A Post-secondary education is minimum requirement
