$ s" N* J8 ]# F7 C5 y4 l• Maximize company sales growth and profitability through the use of creative selling skills, teamwork and customer service
• Self motivated ability to work with little or no supervision
' g2 i3 E+ r, {8 i( \, _" Q: w* s( y• Ensure store presentation standards and cleanliness
5 n. M- y  r( e8 T• Maintain knowledge of all product information, intranet communications, and current advertising and marketing initiatives.
2 C/ ^8 D( y6 z0 B• Maintain flexibility with schedule to meet the needs of the team and overall business.
• Help with moving furniture in showroom and assemble the display.

' V  M4 w8 I) z$ d- N% `- Z• outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
8 i/ h2 s7 f  J; [4 Q• Proficient at analyzing numbers.
• Able to work under fast pace work environment.
7 \% |2 |  c1 {5 O• Adept at problem solving and ability to manage change in a positive manner.
• Strong computer skills and knowledge
• Ability to work independently and self-motivated
• Act professionally, ethically and with integrity to use good judgment.
! d& l1 |2 h: J7 h • Strong time management. Strong attention to detail
• Previous customer service experience
• Strong negotiation and presentation skills.

• Availability - evening and weekend shift are a must
• A Post-secondary education is minimum requirement
