CAC is seeking for a full-time procurement officer to join our team.

+ \: _. \+ i/ L2 bThis position is an important role in the company where the successful candidate will lead the strategic sourcing of all required products and services.

* t' u0 Z/ i6 d! M% z( S7 Q/ wThe procurement officer is responsible for:
-        Identifying and serving the needs of each business department
-        Sourcing and evaluating local, national or international suppliers
-        Negotiating terms, conditions and contracts
3 p" X" ^7 p8 R* G7 i* w-        Building and managing supplier relationships
9 X3 [5 F7 `3 B" k; @, c  w3 h9 O-        Performing cost savings and profit margin analyses

3 _8 B& p$ L4 F5 i6 `' g- I  L. X' MRequirements:
- Sound research skills
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
8 T0 y( u( m$ f$ E* ~9 ~- Strong organization and time management skills
- Friendly and outgoing personality
- Proficient use of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
- Cycle counting and adjusting experience preferred  
& v% f3 D: u2 G" G4 _3 |- Experience with mechanical parts, welding materials, PPE and consumables for the construction industry is an asset
- Experience with Inventory control is an asset
