CAC recycling is a metal recycling facility that provides on and off site processing to oil field and local businesses. We are currently seeking a self-motivated individual to fill our open  Accountant within our growing team.

Responsibilities:
: I8 S7 S0 M% X+ h6 b•        Manage all accounting transactions
. k  Y( O- P4 l1 h. Y3 D8 Z6 I6 }. y•        Publish financial statements in time
9 @; x% m2 i7 w+ t. a) R0 p- [•        Handle monthly, quarterly and annual closings
•        Reconcile accounts payable and receivable
" v. E% U8 b/ d" }•        Ensure timely bank payments
•        Manage balance sheets and profit/loss statements
•        Maintain accounting system, documents, and records of the organization.
$ J$ k& \% E0 X$ F$ a•        Reinforce financial data confidentiality and conduct database backups when necessary

) m) N& t7 h( Z2 a) n; G# k•       Other ad hoc duties as assigned

Accountant Requirements:

•        bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field (Essential).
7 z* V7 O; Q3 G. H- x9 d•        Minimum 5 years of Accounting work experience (Essential)
  A; u9 }- M1 e•        2 years of Cost Accounting work experience. (Asset)
•        Analytical thinker with strong conceptual and problem-solving skills.
% o: M. Q4 @" \4 Y/ I•        Meticulous attention to detail with superb organizational skills.
9 w7 V9 D, E* s" P•        Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- G1 @) P. J3 M•        Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* a8 ^; u& K: [# ^) u; k  x•        Excellent report-writing, communication, and IT skills as an Asset.

Salary: 50K--60k dependent on experience.
