CAC recycling is a metal recycling facility that provides on and off site processing to oil field and local businesses. We are currently seeking a self-motivated individual to fill our open  Accountant within our growing team.

Responsibilities:
5 N4 Z' _  [% M5 N2 S•        Manage all accounting transactions
•        Publish financial statements in time
$ j/ ]* Y& N8 ~•        Handle monthly, quarterly and annual closings
( [: r0 u2 O7 X9 w- f6 T1 T) C5 p5 U8 T•        Reconcile accounts payable and receivable
•        Ensure timely bank payments
•        Manage balance sheets and profit/loss statements
2 T  k6 F+ g1 x3 p. z6 n7 d•        Maintain accounting system, documents, and records of the organization.
•        Reinforce financial data confidentiality and conduct database backups when necessary
•        Comply with financial policies and regulations
•       Other ad hoc duties as assigned

Accountant Requirements:

•        bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field (Essential).
& E3 B+ g7 @" T; G: T•        Minimum 5 years of Accounting work experience (Essential)
•        2 years of Cost Accounting work experience. (Asset)
  d. Z! N: I1 a•        Analytical thinker with strong conceptual and problem-solving skills.
•        Meticulous attention to detail with superb organizational skills.
•        Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
•        Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
; v! ^) T2 e7 Q( `7 k•        Excellent report-writing, communication, and IT skills as an Asset.

Salary: 50K--60k dependent on experience.
