CAC recycling is a metal recycling facility that provides on and off site processing to oil field and local businesses. We are currently seeking a self-motivated individual to fill our open  Accountant within our growing team.

Responsibilities:
•        Manage all accounting transactions
6 ~$ J. R4 @- s4 H( q•        Publish financial statements in time
  i2 n, S3 v, p/ }9 O  C& B•        Handle monthly, quarterly and annual closings
: m" `8 |# x& g- q0 D6 T2 a7 }$ G•        Reconcile accounts payable and receivable
9 }! b' r7 b6 o1 q3 h7 }4 C•        Ensure timely bank payments
•        Manage balance sheets and profit/loss statements
8 E! j' ^+ I; n/ n8 l  S# a1 r•        Maintain accounting system, documents, and records of the organization.
•        Reinforce financial data confidentiality and conduct database backups when necessary
  I# J/ F6 @* G6 A•        Comply with financial policies and regulations
•       Other ad hoc duties as assigned

Accountant Requirements:
1 T! F. }: I# P
7 H) G, r- n0 n$ B•        bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field (Essential).
; w; q7 t, P$ P7 P7 ^- _+ H•        Minimum 5 years of Accounting work experience (Essential)
9 p4 \  c) o- M% }$ q% L6 R•        2 years of Cost Accounting work experience. (Asset)
•        Analytical thinker with strong conceptual and problem-solving skills.
•        Meticulous attention to detail with superb organizational skills.
•        Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
+ Y: \2 Q2 _$ D" J+ F•        Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
•        Excellent report-writing, communication, and IT skills as an Asset.

! ~, C6 l! n- x& n' USalary: 50K--60k dependent on experience.
