CAC recycling is a metal recycling facility that provides on and off site processing to oil field and local businesses. We are currently seeking a self-motivated individual to fill our open  Accountant within our growing team.

* q  T4 Q/ s8 i) N& |" a" d% o•        Manage all accounting transactions
" [7 Y9 G6 I# _•        Publish financial statements in time
•        Handle monthly, quarterly and annual closings
+ w5 K: a- C/ e! H, E, w" F•        Reconcile accounts payable and receivable
•        Ensure timely bank payments
0 N2 X+ y8 _" r1 G5 u/ ]3 J•        Manage balance sheets and profit/loss statements
•        Maintain accounting system, documents, and records of the organization.
•        Reinforce financial data confidentiality and conduct database backups when necessary
•        Comply with financial policies and regulations

Accountant Requirements:

& G9 n; v* }/ M, n•        bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field (Essential).
" M4 _0 K; u4 ~9 E/ y•        Minimum 5 years of Accounting work experience (Essential)
: r3 V2 `9 |+ S4 t3 |- a•        2 years of Cost Accounting work experience. (Asset)
8 G: Q/ q% l; ?% @8 ]% h; C$ a3 B7 ?•        Analytical thinker with strong conceptual and problem-solving skills.
•        Meticulous attention to detail with superb organizational skills.
; i' d1 C: @4 [9 d. X•        Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
•        Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
•        Excellent report-writing, communication, and IT skills as an Asset.

) S3 c7 O' X6 o: ^$ {2 n; d" vSalary: 50K--60k dependent on experience.
