CAC recycling is a metal recycling facility that provides on and off site processing to oil field and local businesses. We are currently seeking a self-motivated individual to fill our open Accountant within our growing team.

3 l1 G5 J7 U7 y• Manage all accounting transactions: T6 n" w4 O. ~" M) F
• Publish financial statements in time3 a3 T @0 X. P7 }/ P
• Handle monthly, quarterly and annual closings
: G( b B8 P- Q2 J$ V1 A+ P• Reconcile accounts payable and receivable
* _. S4 U) B) P7 o8 J: m• Ensure timely bank payments
+ W0 j. G9 n7 X$ Y• Manage balance sheets and profit/loss statements
, o, L! g$ y: N, m `! q3 s• Maintain accounting system, documents, and records of the organization.( @& _/ d6 p8 w! W
• Reinforce financial data confidentiality and conduct database backups when necessary& w! q3 i2 e! P$ G" b; r) s s7 `
• Comply with financial policies and regulations
- }/ q& b# i% L• Other ad hoc duties as assigned

+ y+ g# h- J4 s9 i& Q
! v* i* D. j+ ] c• bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field (Essential).
4 @: I: [; V! w7 _% u• Minimum 5 years of Accounting work experience (Essential)* }' \# s+ T: k9 h$ {) X5 B
• 2 years of Cost Accounting work experience. (Asset)6 q0 _9 x! I9 M8 \" L
• Analytical thinker with strong conceptual and problem-solving skills.
6 X" Z! l1 @6 L8 V* ?. z1 ?• Meticulous attention to detail with superb organizational skills.+ i4 W6 S6 u- w6 C- p o4 d
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.# {! K7 N+ M) H8 e) `
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.1 L. _3 S# R% }' T* S$ w9 F6 k
• Excellent report-writing, communication, and IT skills as an Asset.
