CAC recycling is a metal recycling facility that provides on and off site processing to oil field and local businesses. We are currently seeking a self-motivated individual to fill our open  Accountant within our growing team.

3 M. L' H* |, h$ l9 n$ t; R2 QResponsibilities:
" p$ l5 Z. M" k  ^( o+ o•        Manage all accounting transactions
2 |2 u6 ]* W# c# w1 z7 F8 Z/ B& ]9 @•        Publish financial statements in time
•        Handle monthly, quarterly and annual closings
, q1 H) o1 i& `3 p7 e4 ?•        Reconcile accounts payable and receivable
/ z- z" L' t5 E: q) r) p; Q•        Ensure timely bank payments
6 D" U( C  p+ Z0 e2 h9 P•        Manage balance sheets and profit/loss statements
& w, B& M) @4 Z" A3 p% C2 }! r) B•        Maintain accounting system, documents, and records of the organization.
9 U5 V$ A- V  T' p•        Reinforce financial data confidentiality and conduct database backups when necessary
; {& I2 P* f% q, Y•        Comply with financial policies and regulations
•       Other ad hoc duties as assigned
% l2 G) K7 C4 h$ d, R- ?) K
Accountant Requirements:

•        bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field (Essential).
•        Minimum 5 years of Accounting work experience (Essential)
•        2 years of Cost Accounting work experience. (Asset)
•        Analytical thinker with strong conceptual and problem-solving skills.
•        Meticulous attention to detail with superb organizational skills.
% J% g, v+ t! \8 |) u- B•        Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
•        Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
•        Excellent report-writing, communication, and IT skills as an Asset.
