Hi, can someone recommend a website for sale my house? How long do you guys take to sold after post on that website? And how much is the fee for the post?

You can list your property on the MLS as a For Sale By Owner which means you can list your property without hiring a real estate agent. To do that, you only need to purchase a Flat Fee MLS Listing.

Kijiji. I Got calls half hour after listing. No fee. But be cautious as sometime get into troubles with scams.
