Job Description
4 o, Y- x" e j X2 OResponsible for regional/office network implementation and maintenance, including WAN/LAN/Voice solution design, network equipment configurations and deployment, network system troubleshooting and health checking.
1 F. |; L& s. |, j h) d2 DResponsible for system implementation and maintenance, including windows server system, web application system, database and storage system.) p7 ?' s, o% Q" D! B. h8 X) O" A
Responsible for IT infrastructure construction and maintenance, including IT server room, structure cabling system, video conference system, UPS etc.
1 C3 r; r, ^1 ?5 Y) qResponsible for service provider quotation, biding, negotiation and supervising the engineering work provided by service provider.
) e; k7 S8 D, w( ~9 F8 jResponsible for desktop/laptop provision, prepare corporate standard OS/Software/Application and security settings before distribute to end users.
# m( O7 |# `7 e( W; ~" WResponsible for user training on IT platforms/OA/Application/Services.6 n9 [7 M3 a2 F$ G' x1 e# D
Network and server system maintenance and troubleshooting. IT infrastructure maintenance and troubleshooting.
" [5 k/ w2 K y8 A$ yImplement IT standard/policy in responsible offices. Analyze business requirement and initial the IT project to satisfy the requirement.& e! U O# p+ g& D, w
Build IT infrastructure, including networks, servers, server room, cabling, door access control/CCTV etc. IT service incident management, availability management, capacity management, continuity management, data backup and recovery etc.
