Job Description
' R7 N- h! G) J4 l# pResponsible for regional/office network implementation and maintenance, including WAN/LAN/Voice solution design, network equipment configurations and deployment, network system troubleshooting and health checking.
$ ?$ }% \% _' [/ A# V5 M5 GResponsible for system implementation and maintenance, including windows server system, web application system, database and storage system.* d3 `$ B( R9 j2 p! {$ I$ x _
Responsible for IT infrastructure construction and maintenance, including IT server room, structure cabling system, video conference system, UPS etc.
/ j2 D& \' M$ b$ V: ?" _Responsible for service provider quotation, biding, negotiation and supervising the engineering work provided by service provider.3 Y1 G- b8 D; N) e* ?
Responsible for desktop/laptop provision, prepare corporate standard OS/Software/Application and security settings before distribute to end users.
' l7 Q# f* a: v4 T7 ZResponsible for user training on IT platforms/OA/Application/Services.% P7 F8 B3 m# y7 I$ w
Network and server system maintenance and troubleshooting. IT infrastructure maintenance and troubleshooting.4 l% P6 ]8 l8 o2 j
Implement IT standard/policy in responsible offices. Analyze business requirement and initial the IT project to satisfy the requirement.
0 d( t8 _& ?% V3 o3 I% fBuild IT infrastructure, including networks, servers, server room, cabling, door access control/CCTV etc. IT service incident management, availability management, capacity management, continuity management, data backup and recovery etc.
