2 N8 P$ {& V! J1 w- SThe Sushi Food Prep Teammate is responsible for the day-to-day operations including making sushi and other offerings in compliance with recipes and standards while delivering an exceptional guest experience.
-Job Responsibilities:
/ r2 a2 |8 x( l" U9 m3 v* K1 D8 wCreate high-quality sushi including cooking rice, rolling sushi, temperature recording, cutting, packaging, labeling, and date stamping.
& N* k  r: k! }: QEnsure all operating standards including food safety and quality are adhered.
- x, Y; \1 V4 X9 S8 D4 q, G: gProvide a high level of guest satisfaction and maintain positive relationships with internal and external customers.
+ U- E2 J5 R, ^1 W; h5 ]Maintain cleanliness and organization of kiosk.
Order and receive raw materials and dry goods.
Maintain daily production records.
Perform monthly inventories and training of new teammates as required.
-Qualifications:
