工作职责
4 w( ]3 {7 A% {+ @& ~" VŸ   Responsible for managing the day-to-day site operations of projects ensuring they are built to company’s standard of quality and are completed on time and on budget.
Ÿ   Conduct daily reporting on the status of projects and site conditions and attend weekly trade and management meetings to maintain continual communication and expectations with all involved in the project.
) S* x' A# L+ q0 }% WŸ   Responsible for managing company’s safety program to ensure the highest of safety standards are maintained at all times.

Ÿ   Journeyperson designation in a construction trade.
Ÿ   Bachelor of Commerce degree or a combination of related experience.
Ÿ   Minimum of 15 years of experience on multi0family or large commercial projects.
6 z! C* k  b5 B$ `9 m; eŸ   Proven experience leading safe and productive construction sites of up to 100 trade workers.
* i! S' Z, N( fŸ   Strong understanding of the construction trades and the sequencing of construction projects.
Ÿ   Ability to interpret construction drawings.
Ÿ   Structural wood framing experience is an asset.
1 b& H% @+ a; ?" v1 R5 N2 G& eŸ   Willing to work weekends to maintain construction schedule.
; p4 b$ o3 |$ [* I* e7 e& `Ÿ   Excellent communication skills
Ÿ   Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment.

6 h% c) ~9 _& }# C# aŸ   Additional safety certifications are an asset but not required.
" l, e* l- X  I2 EŸ   Experience in working on sites with power mobile equipment and tower crane.

Ÿ   Steel toed boots and own hand tools.
Ÿ   Computer experience required.
Experience with Bluebeam and Procore is a definite asset.
