  r3 s7 V/ L, q8 ~6 EŸ   Responsible for managing the day-to-day site operations of projects ensuring they are built to company’s standard of quality and are completed on time and on budget.
7 r' s( W1 Z; y: oŸ   Conduct daily reporting on the status of projects and site conditions and attend weekly trade and management meetings to maintain continual communication and expectations with all involved in the project.
Ÿ   Responsible for managing company’s safety program to ensure the highest of safety standards are maintained at all times.
+ J) m" a4 O. h# G$ T2 @4 j任职要求
+ G( l3 c% _# F3 m" KŸ   Journeyperson designation in a construction trade.
Ÿ   Bachelor of Commerce degree or a combination of related experience.
6 c7 a; x& ^1 R+ l- z9 S/ hŸ   Minimum of 15 years of experience on multi0family or large commercial projects.
Ÿ   Proven experience leading safe and productive construction sites of up to 100 trade workers.
" y4 D9 r9 \. P$ M5 e( bŸ   Strong understanding of the construction trades and the sequencing of construction projects.
Ÿ   Ability to interpret construction drawings.
Ÿ   Structural wood framing experience is an asset.
Ÿ   Willing to work weekends to maintain construction schedule.
Ÿ   Excellent communication skills
Ÿ   Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment.
Ÿ   WHMIS
  e& g$ `2 j! D( VŸ   Additional safety certifications are an asset but not required.
6 w$ A& T6 G; Z+ dŸ   Experience in working on sites with power mobile equipment and tower crane.
; Y6 z; ]+ m, n# aŸ   Valid driver’s license
Ÿ   Steel toed boots and own hand tools.
* W# c8 O" i% H( g# I9 V+ vŸ   Computer experience required.
' Z4 |, W+ ?% ?7 r! S" p) Y! vExperience with Bluebeam and Procore is a definite asset.

$130, 000-$150,000 per year
