Ÿ   Responsible for managing the day-to-day site operations of projects ensuring they are built to company’s standard of quality and are completed on time and on budget.
Ÿ   Conduct daily reporting on the status of projects and site conditions and attend weekly trade and management meetings to maintain continual communication and expectations with all involved in the project.
; w6 V: R0 {% j1 I2 {" Y3 j' N" [: _Ÿ   Responsible for managing company’s safety program to ensure the highest of safety standards are maintained at all times.
任职要求
3 Q- E; B' \# ~6 wŸ   Journeyperson designation in a construction trade.
" s0 T$ e! Z( |* d8 [& rŸ   Bachelor of Commerce degree or a combination of related experience.
Ÿ   Minimum of 15 years of experience on multi0family or large commercial projects.
5 z5 }4 @* a' JŸ   Proven experience leading safe and productive construction sites of up to 100 trade workers.
5 _* l6 X6 A% P4 kŸ   Strong understanding of the construction trades and the sequencing of construction projects.
Ÿ   Ability to interpret construction drawings.
% ^# p: M, Z% d! F; R7 f4 IŸ   Structural wood framing experience is an asset.
Ÿ   Willing to work weekends to maintain construction schedule.

. h5 N6 ?3 r3 i7 eŸ   Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment.

5 Q3 S& f( \# g; }* I: o: K7 v5 G/ Y) W$ kŸ   Additional safety certifications are an asset but not required.
% V6 `& C5 y0 X& C: ?5 fŸ   Experience in working on sites with power mobile equipment and tower crane.
Ÿ   Valid driver’s license
/ Q, O# O( ~0 i7 v6 e' kŸ   Steel toed boots and own hand tools.
( f1 Q% p: W+ [- Q2 _$ ?Ÿ   Computer experience required.
