Answer and direct phone calls

Create email templates for operations department
' a* ~' z7 f2 }Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports

Update and maintain office policies and procedures, Y- Z6 U8 M, F
Submit and reconcile expense reports' e9 E; V" v Z" C5 {& a3 `
Act as the point of contact for internal and external clients/ j) U4 b/ r9 ]5 p" _
Liaise with executives and senior administrative assistants to handle requests and queries from senior managers

Excellent with programs and very computer/tech savvy' I5 }& N1 c1 T4 {
Proficiency in Google Sheets & Docs
& z8 m! O3 e1 ?% g* FStrong time management, organizational skills, communication skills, and attention to detail
3 Y5 X& o0 n4 H" F' N& v% EHigh School degree; additional qualification as an Administrative assistant or Secretary will be a plus
