Answer and direct phone calls

Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports# e, t0 ]- K+ i B
Develop and maintain a filing system
/ \" X7 z3 j( p8 FUpdate and maintain office policies and procedures3 W+ K2 L( i5 y" |
Submit and reconcile expense reports- l/ t( o/ R+ }' q |- P2 c; u
Act as the point of contact for internal and external clients
5 G; ^! I; t5 p/ t/ g- JLiaise with executives and senior administrative assistants to handle requests and queries from senior managers2 \9 z, ~. _# Z4 n( h! L0 G
任职要求
6 g2 e u+ B3 bProven experience as an administrative assistant or office admin assistant( O* a W1 m7 z4 I- S" ^; H
Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
@" w. a% O- F: R% } wAbility to research and find a solution to a challenge fast and efficient& t7 M8 m# q1 ]8 z
Excellent with programs and very computer/tech savvy
0 T7 r6 A( z) K' R0 g. R+ I' [Proficiency in Google Sheets & Docs. i/ e0 j S, [% x ^" E
Strong time management, organizational skills, communication skills, and attention to detail
9 s4 b m6 B/ {- t) H% @2 ~2 K6 y5 aHigh School degree; additional qualification as an Administrative assistant or Secretary will be a plus
