Plan meetings and take detailed minutes

Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports# Q$ ?0 j- C5 l2 H
Develop and maintain a filing system

Act as the point of contact for internal and external clients& u# @- h# {/ f; Y# ?' `7 t" f
Liaise with executives and senior administrative assistants to handle requests and queries from senior managers4 t2 a' f. F; y

5 J" b8 y" w: B2 _- [( r! eExcellent with programs and very computer/tech savvy
4 g+ i5 r# m& j, `" U) [" fProficiency in Google Sheets & Docs$ W6 c- S4 m8 Y: T6 d2 \
Strong time management, organizational skills, communication skills, and attention to detail
