Plan meetings and take detailed minutes

Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports

* _/ ]( B3 W( u' T' iUpdate and maintain office policies and procedures& w/ M s% X$ W0 c3 z# w! B$ @5 L
Submit and reconcile expense reports. q9 j4 a6 [+ X
Act as the point of contact for internal and external clients& b+ Q, \% U" n
Liaise with executives and senior administrative assistants to handle requests and queries from senior managers

Proficiency in Google Sheets & Docs
