8 L& P" D3 \' _Brief Job Description:  Reporting to QA Manager, the main duty for the QA technician is to ensure all products conform to regulatory and food safety standards.  
Duties and Responsibilities:
' s. J  o8 L# q$ \6 k$ D1. Shelf-life testing/environmental Swabbing
; A% O- c! ?: j2. Maintain and verify QA and production records
, Q: u. l, w! t7 v# G) G3. Monitoring and Verification of all CCPs
' |, M/ k  j3 j5 _" d4. Calibration of Equipment
5. GMP and other Food Safety trainings
6. Monitor production process and employees’ GMP practices
7. Other duties as assigned
Skills and specifications:
1. University or Diploma in Food Technology/Food Science
  _5 ]! K# U: \( D4 S& n0 A2. Knowledge in Food Safety and Quality Program (HACCP, Prerequisite Program and GMP)
0 T4 [+ N! l6 j/ u3. Bilingual (Cantonese and English) is an asset
4. Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment but also be able to work in a team environment
5. May need to work different hours
