" U, Z  N6 ]0 D( b- kBrief Job Description:  Reporting to QA Manager, the main duty for the QA technician is to ensure all products conform to regulatory and food safety standards.  
Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Shelf-life testing/environmental Swabbing
* V- m8 U4 c+ i% p( L) c" H& n& d% I# I2. Maintain and verify QA and production records
( C; M8 n8 i1 h6 r3. Monitoring and Verification of all CCPs
4. Calibration of Equipment
( E; y5 B; b6 V; {3 X5. GMP and other Food Safety trainings
6. Monitor production process and employees’ GMP practices
7. Other duties as assigned
Skills and specifications:
1. University or Diploma in Food Technology/Food Science
/ }6 I; ^6 r8 ~/ Q, W; ~2. Knowledge in Food Safety and Quality Program (HACCP, Prerequisite Program and GMP)
3. Bilingual (Cantonese and English) is an asset
# z, u& P' |& }; n+ `' v3 y, d4. Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment but also be able to work in a team environment
5. May need to work different hours
