Brief Job Description:  Reporting to QA Manager, the main duty for the QA technician is to ensure all products conform to regulatory and food safety standards.

$ m4 t* E4 M. U* I, }3 q9 b1. Shelf-life testing/environmental Swabbing
2. Maintain and verify QA and production records
3. Monitoring and Verification of all CCPs
* {" `: }  g3 N- F( |! J4. Calibration of Equipment
# c% E) c- `( \: z( C( o5 j# T* p5. GMP and other Food Safety trainings
; ^7 w, O( X7 R6. Monitor production process and employees’ GMP practices
6 P& Z- G  K5 F" @1 S7. Other duties as assigned
Skills and specifications:
1. University or Diploma in Food Technology/Food Science
7 I. o3 r" P8 g6 g2. Knowledge in Food Safety and Quality Program (HACCP, Prerequisite Program and GMP)
3 k1 u6 e& _; l. p3. Bilingual (Cantonese and English) is an asset
9 ^$ I5 e7 g8 C4. Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment but also be able to work in a team environment
5 }3 g  b* g  X4 Y' h& q$ L4 s% ?5. May need to work different hours
