: y) _- P* l% D2 `$ G! x$ fBrief Job Description:  Reporting to QA Manager, the main duty for the QA technician is to ensure all products conform to regulatory and food safety standards.  
. Y$ {0 j- e' }; zDuties and Responsibilities:
/ m5 N% e. |& K6 H0 F1. Shelf-life testing/environmental Swabbing
* H; Z4 v. h9 }9 \2. Maintain and verify QA and production records
. d* B& n  n0 @) L+ f0 m8 O3. Monitoring and Verification of all CCPs
4. Calibration of Equipment
% h9 j- {& d! T5. GMP and other Food Safety trainings
6. Monitor production process and employees’ GMP practices
7. Other duties as assigned
Skills and specifications:
! D' }% L- t, L) `7 c+ s" y1. University or Diploma in Food Technology/Food Science
2. Knowledge in Food Safety and Quality Program (HACCP, Prerequisite Program and GMP)
$ o2 P- i) Q% O3 N6 @8 W$ P, \' N( m3. Bilingual (Cantonese and English) is an asset
# D+ G& ]1 z& e* {" ^) a) W4. Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment but also be able to work in a team environment
5. May need to work different hours
