$ ^' i" C9 O5 m( j. Q* j, F- ^Brief Job Description:  Reporting to QA Manager, the main duty for the QA technician is to ensure all products conform to regulatory and food safety standards.  
* Z/ t/ h4 r6 h: HDuties and Responsibilities:
1. Shelf-life testing/environmental Swabbing
2. Maintain and verify QA and production records
3. Monitoring and Verification of all CCPs
  I" t% D3 u4 ~& L$ ?4. Calibration of Equipment
5. GMP and other Food Safety trainings
7 Q9 W6 D+ I: s& j6. Monitor production process and employees’ GMP practices
7 c$ t6 G" W$ B. o7. Other duties as assigned
Skills and specifications:
1. University or Diploma in Food Technology/Food Science
2 V5 {7 N3 `# V6 ~# M2 k! U2. Knowledge in Food Safety and Quality Program (HACCP, Prerequisite Program and GMP)
  F# F  D/ h. p$ n! Z4 Y3. Bilingual (Cantonese and English) is an asset
4. Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment but also be able to work in a team environment
5. May need to work different hours
