Job duties:
1. Complete daily lead follow-up for rentals
2. Arrange the viewing appointments

6 G: n( o/ s% @" U4. Handling phone calls and emails
5. Bookkeeping
6. Visit the building and enter the units

( ~1 z% e+ c& Y; P! n8 ^8. Maintenance and cleaning may be needed
9. More duties to be assigned by Chenjie

Live on-site:
7 @$ u; w6 {  j8 N" v* X1. The employee is preferred to live on-site for at least 2 nights per week.
