Job duties:
. s$ I" p5 |! K5 Q, C1. Complete daily lead follow-up for rentals
2. Arrange the viewing appointments
! s/ u1 Y- @. D. ?& U1 K* i3. Maintenance requests follow up
4. Handling phone calls and emails
5. Bookkeeping
6. Visit the building and enter the units
7. Live on-site is preferred
8. Maintenance and cleaning may be needed
9. More duties to be assigned by Chenjie

Live on-site:
$ a# J" B# a& b1 v6 r0 W1. The employee is preferred to live on-site for at least 2 nights per week.
2. The employee may bring a roommate to occupy the space after the employer's consent
