Posting Rental Ads: Advertising available rental properties on platforms like Kijiji, Rent Faster, and Marketplace to attract potential tenants. This involves creating appealing ads, including relevant details and updating them regularly.

Tenant Screening: Identifying suitable tenants by conducting reference checks or credit checks.

Exceptional communication skill is required. Ability to speak multiple languages would be considered as an asset.

3-5 years of experience in a leadership role within a client – facing, customer service - focused environment.

Experience working in the residential property management industry.

* b5 Z/ I7 c# ]. Q0 GAbility to work and act independently, using good judgment when assessing difficult situations and apply problem solving skills.

Strong analytical skills, resilience, and the ability to provide support and guidance.
