The Non-ferrous laborer must be able to properly identify and sort non-ferrous metals. Applies knowledge of non-ferrous metals to properly identify materials when interacting with customers. Prepares non-ferrous materials for transport. Both indoor and outdoor, fast-paced setting.1 ]% o3 ]" p1 j6 |: e$ y: y

Must be able to sort, process, grade non-ferrous materials4 R. o3 Z$ x _# f d) n. o) S
Inspects material for hazardous waste and grades different types of non-ferrous materials
2 N1 i# L4 d9 S& ?" D9 SLoads and unloads non-ferrous material

Be able to effectively perform tasks independently

Understand and be able to grade all non-ferrous material properly

Knowledge of non-ferrous processing9 L7 q7 |. J$ p ?- m6 A! ~) t
High school diploma (Or GED)

Ability to effectively communicate and present information in one-on-one and small group situations to supervisors, maintenance personnel and other employees of the organization
