; ~* A% d# J7 y; ~% j$ v0 t( `6 RThe Non-ferrous laborer must be able to properly identify and sort non-ferrous metals. Applies knowledge of non-ferrous metals to properly identify materials when interacting with customers. Prepares non-ferrous materials for transport. Both indoor and outdoor, fast-paced setting.

Must be able to sort, process, grade non-ferrous materials
) j: Z, k0 A. XInspects material for hazardous waste and grades different types of non-ferrous materials' `) ^1 W& v9 p4 A
Loads and unloads non-ferrous material4 V- y8 [! K) ?
Must be able to work safely at all times* n: O7 e/ f, r) X' y
Be able to effectively perform tasks independently

Understand and be able to grade all non-ferrous material properly

3 l) l1 r2 r( ~8 Z$ uKnowledge of non-ferrous processing
/ |' o" ~6 u$ C# ZHigh school diploma (Or GED)

$ i' F# ^& T! ]6 f0 s# x( O5 RAbility to effectively communicate and present information in one-on-one and small group situations to supervisors, maintenance personnel and other employees of the organization
