CAC Metal Recycling has taken on some significant projects and is expanding across the company. We need a full-time Administrator to join the team.

Pay: $20-$23
Job type: Full-time Permanent
1 T; ?- U- _, [  j5 e, fShift& schedule: Tuesday-Friday 6:30 am-2:30 pm Saturday 8 am-4 pm

7 }4 _3 W& @( |9 @- JKey Responsibilities:

-Answering phones and greeting walk-in traffic.
-Input numbers into system, update files, keep record, make payment.
& t9 v, x# w) d' @2 t-Assisting with sales, invoicing, and quoting.
- Making cheque or summit EFT payment for scrap supplier.
-Providing general clerical support to the office.
& X+ u4 z$ y( v-Preparing weekly and monthly purchase reports for senior management.

-Customer service concepts.
-Strong attention to detail and exceptional follow-up skills.
-High level of integrity and trustworthiness.

- Excellent teamwork skills, complemented by the ability to work well independently.
- Demonstrate a high level of work ethic.


Education and Qualifications:

- University degree in Accounting, Marketing, Management, or a related discipline is considered an asset
- 2+ years of administrative experience in an office environment.
- Proficient in all Microsoft Office Suite applications along with Post Secondary Schooling
