CAC Metal Recycling has taken on some significant projects and is expanding across the company. We need a full-time Administrator to join the team.

Pay: $20-$23
Job type: Full-time Permanent
Shift& schedule: Tuesday-Friday 6:30 am-2:30 pm Saturday 8 am-4 pm

* v/ I. S- g+ oKey Responsibilities:
9 Z! W, e  i+ Q* i
-Answering phones and greeting walk-in traffic.
8 q4 s; B  V" U6 c, s5 W* x1 s-Input numbers into system, update files, keep record, make payment.
! h: {1 H/ m( A- O2 y-Assisting with sales, invoicing, and quoting.
* |! r. e; u4 a- Making cheque or summit EFT payment for scrap supplier.
7 U9 [. d7 P8 [8 n% K: H: c-Providing general clerical support to the office.
-Preparing weekly and monthly purchase reports for senior management.

Education and Qualifications:

; b3 h- g+ O8 c, S2 r1 u- University degree in Accounting, Marketing, Management, or a related discipline is considered an asset
. Y  }& W( Q: F- 2+ years of administrative experience in an office environment.
- Proficient in all Microsoft Office Suite applications along with Post Secondary Schooling
