Job type: Full-time Permanent
Shift& schedule: Tuesday-Friday 6:30 am-2:30 pm Saturday 8 am-4 pm

-Answering phones and greeting walk-in traffic.
7 h# a+ o4 Q- b7 @9 A2 e-Input numbers into system, update files, keep record, make payment.
-Assisting with sales, invoicing, and quoting.
4 O. Q/ |) F, r0 B2 t+ \- Making cheque or summit EFT payment for scrap supplier.
-Providing general clerical support to the office.
1 F4 G4 ^8 }4 N-Preparing weekly and monthly purchase reports for senior management.

5 t0 Q& z4 V5 {- M, W7 p8 M- University degree in Accounting, Marketing, Management, or a related discipline is considered an asset
- 2+ years of administrative experience in an office environment.
- Proficient in all Microsoft Office Suite applications along with Post Secondary Schooling
