Shift& schedule: Tuesday-Friday 6:30 am-2:30 pm Saturday 8 am-4 pm

Key Responsibilities:

% @% t: v+ F$ [# S# A-Answering phones and greeting walk-in traffic.
-Input numbers into system, update files, keep record, make payment.
8 E  S$ O* k! I-Assisting with sales, invoicing, and quoting.
! B5 E/ `2 c' _8 O& Z5 `8 e- Making cheque or summit EFT payment for scrap supplier.
+ v# }5 l; q4 X0 P: u1 k-Providing general clerical support to the office.
  J" V& ^  z9 t-Preparing weekly and monthly purchase reports for senior management.

& C# {# ^) N# y6 K  i' qKey Skills:

  ~* k# p1 O3 H: _-Customer service concepts.
-Strong attention to detail and exceptional follow-up skills.
-High level of integrity and trustworthiness.
- Quick learner with the ability to adapt to changing priorities and multiple demands.

- Demonstrate a high level of work ethic.

- University degree in Accounting, Marketing, Management, or a related discipline is considered an asset

! O/ X" l$ n: x$ a& e2 Q( h. L- Proficient in all Microsoft Office Suite applications along with Post Secondary Schooling
