CAC Metal Recycling has taken on some significant projects and is expanding across the company. We need a full-time Administrator to join the team.

Job type: Full-time Permanent
) `9 h' \3 z0 p+ f) oShift& schedule: Tuesday-Friday 6:30 am-2:30 pm Saturday 8 am-4 pm

Key Responsibilities:
$ C( f6 x( z7 \* g* C/ T: N8 G
-Answering phones and greeting walk-in traffic.
- d) y! _( n) x. a! X-Input numbers into system, update files, keep record, make payment.
) [( k' q# m$ q7 @, I8 e2 o, ^/ K-Assisting with sales, invoicing, and quoting.
4 r1 K, w2 v2 M' K: S- Making cheque or summit EFT payment for scrap supplier.
-Providing general clerical support to the office.
* M7 |( D& H, `- @( w9 ]-Preparing weekly and monthly purchase reports for senior management.

-Customer service concepts.
# h  o7 [- w, S  y2 r) b-Strong attention to detail and exceptional follow-up skills.
* w8 h) h/ W3 [' d4 Y5 a6 A-High level of integrity and trustworthiness.
/ ^2 `& H3 d0 l- K- Quick learner with the ability to adapt to changing priorities and multiple demands.
- Excellent teamwork skills, complemented by the ability to work well independently.

9 ?* z  k1 x: z& O
- M3 n6 C9 Y3 m" T  n8 Y- University degree in Accounting, Marketing, Management, or a related discipline is considered an asset
1 r0 P( _6 W  T( y9 l4 |- 2+ years of administrative experience in an office environment.
* q! H6 u! G1 w: t" {$ d1 G% a- Proficient in all Microsoft Office Suite applications along with Post Secondary Schooling
