" Q6 C' p/ R8 V% q' xCIBS to secure and schedule various program requirements (off-campus
; Q1 H" t/ I7 T h3 j5 ]venues, tour agents, goods and services, program materials and supplies,
. N! |; s8 k6 r: m$ [etc.); reproducing and distributing documents and correspondence for6 O1 I# I& f/ l
participants, assisting to orient participants to the University and8 N; `0 m5 t! e& l6 k# b+ v& Q
their program on their arrival, and trouble-shooting for them during& S2 j0 s" X0 z8 J7 `' ]. ^
their program; booking program venues, setting up for sessions,
( l" z. r5 x, j8 M" E2 Uassisting visiting speakers or invited session presenters, striking
' H7 }% m" M8 L& u7 t# t4 `+ tvenue at end of session; traveling as guide with groups on in-city
! R/ R( \ H& D! k# y' q; Coutings or site visits, or, occasionally, on overnight out-of-city

Qualifications include: senior undergrad student; coursework in
) E4 E B+ G! }/ n6 ?Commerce, Education or Economics preferred, ability to communicate
. e( l% D6 k1 f' h4 V3 m5 J" Efluently (oral and written) in English and Mandarin Chinese,
1 e: g& o: [3 m2 h$ Edemonstrates a high-level of self organization, initiative to undertake! Z5 P: r. f# Q- x( [
a variety of tasks; ability to coordinate individual efforts with those
0 p7 t3 O: K2 ]* tof co-workers, excellent interpersonal organization and time-management
& Z: H4 H: s0 |skills; accuracy to detail; working knowledge of MS applications (Word,; Q. f6 w2 ? F; J5 ]
Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook); administrative experience an asset,
