Student Intern.

4 h  ?  P- \2 I2 qSalary to be paid will be $15.95 per hour for 35 hours per week.
& I" k) }/ d+ A% @. C! v
! n2 A5 R# f+ k. LDuties include: file matching, controlling unmatched documents,
; U. H3 N/ w$ X3 Kanswering student inquiries over email, phone and walk in visits,
$ n4 \6 Y  u- K) Q. {+ tmaintaining paper flow procedures for Faculties, creating pdf files of
% n& |1 \$ H- Cadmission letters to be emailed to students living at international
addresses and general office duties.

# J# Z% K: k, q: @& a5 {! F" kQualifications include ability to work in a fast paced busy unit during
peak admissions cycle, strong spoken and written English language
# G9 A5 |8 s8 C5 d# j. hskills. Other languages other than English will be an asset. Suitably
0 P( L6 a2 t6 ~# b6 a( Wproficient with computer use (MS Office); Peoplesoft (OASIS) experience
an asset, excellent organization skills, motivated and able to follow
) Y2 r8 N; ^: M( w+ F0 Ydirections.
