Salary to be paid will be $15.95 per hour for 35 hours per week.

2 @) w5 V' Y8 G3 eDuties include: file matching, controlling unmatched documents,
, z/ x% ^8 ]5 w3 kanswering student inquiries over email, phone and walk in visits,
maintaining paper flow procedures for Faculties, creating pdf files of
% N( I& ^, ]7 O+ H. n; [+ kadmission letters to be emailed to students living at international
; J: z, l: T2 q/ ?$ z9 ^addresses and general office duties.

Qualifications include ability to work in a fast paced busy unit during
/ l9 s" b' |5 l: Ipeak admissions cycle, strong spoken and written English language
skills. Other languages other than English will be an asset. Suitably
proficient with computer use (MS Office); Peoplesoft (OASIS) experience
8 n5 ^* {1 z: Z2 n( C+ {: lan asset, excellent organization skills, motivated and able to follow
$ Q0 l/ k5 [! X5 N$ @+ ydirections.
