8 l+ ~5 X+ u, j9 USalary to be paid will be $15.95 per hour for 35 hours per week.
; ~; B8 ~: s7 L& \1 D) M' H1 _$ t
Duties include: file matching, controlling unmatched documents,
( a$ ?, y" q; Z4 I- ]! ^5 wanswering student inquiries over email, phone and walk in visits,
3 F7 t2 l& o) x% E: }! F  }/ c' r8 ?maintaining paper flow procedures for Faculties, creating pdf files of
* }  M# ^5 E9 h) D% b  x+ c; Dadmission letters to be emailed to students living at international
; }$ C& I8 v3 j' u/ aaddresses and general office duties.

Qualifications include ability to work in a fast paced busy unit during
peak admissions cycle, strong spoken and written English language
& S$ @6 K1 ^6 s) ^4 Tskills. Other languages other than English will be an asset. Suitably
& T4 p" e' Y; \- t$ fproficient with computer use (MS Office); Peoplesoft (OASIS) experience
3 U3 k2 S5 ~) l) X- can asset, excellent organization skills, motivated and able to follow
$ E3 z0 C) q% A2 M/ {$ I5 H! Wdirections.
