The University of Alberta - Office of the Registrar is currently
recruiting for the full time summer position of International Admissions
Student Intern.

Salary to be paid will be $15.95 per hour for 35 hours per week.
' j$ V& {6 {/ B
- V$ u, p  _( L- C! UDuties include: file matching, controlling unmatched documents,
answering student inquiries over email, phone and walk in visits,
, T2 V2 R3 x! z! Bmaintaining paper flow procedures for Faculties, creating pdf files of
$ V% n) M+ e) c, D; Radmission letters to be emailed to students living at international
8 T$ V6 E3 {/ Qaddresses and general office duties.

Qualifications include ability to work in a fast paced busy unit during
6 s( M* N' o/ i2 F* Tpeak admissions cycle, strong spoken and written English language
skills. Other languages other than English will be an asset. Suitably
0 @  H; \3 K- E$ d3 A% Jproficient with computer use (MS Office); Peoplesoft (OASIS) experience
) R# s* j& {  t  Z# K" O9 ^an asset, excellent organization skills, motivated and able to follow
" Y4 x, J9 t3 m6 f. jdirections.
