Salary to be paid will be $15.95 per hour for 35 hours per week.

/ N2 ?" ?/ B  Y1 }2 U3 M0 `# C. QDuties include: file matching, controlling unmatched documents,
answering student inquiries over email, phone and walk in visits,
* ?% h% x9 N, u' Amaintaining paper flow procedures for Faculties, creating pdf files of
admission letters to be emailed to students living at international
addresses and general office duties.
: d, M- U0 w+ L$ ?
Qualifications include ability to work in a fast paced busy unit during
* q# `! v: T) P7 ?% o  ?peak admissions cycle, strong spoken and written English language
skills. Other languages other than English will be an asset. Suitably
proficient with computer use (MS Office); Peoplesoft (OASIS) experience
4 T$ O% W+ m( xan asset, excellent organization skills, motivated and able to follow
directions.
