As this is a key tenant-facing role in the company, the successful application will have extensive experience with residential management, communication, project supervision, and financial & operations reporting.

Collection of rents and arrears, including initiating legal action when required.

Maintenance

Preparation of appropriate preventive maintenance plans for assigned properties.

Ensuring all properties are in compliance with local building and safety codes.! G! A6 x6 _7 t# X8 k8 p
Sourcing appropriate third-party vendors to provide services to the property as required.# b4 B" N) {' z2 Y
Conduct regular inspections of the properties to ensure first-class operations are maintained.; u" C0 I3 {2 D
Plan and recommend capital improvements that may be required.+ G9 X4 Z, P I+ X [4 A9 p/ P4 V
Ensure on-call maintenance requests and emergencies are handled promptly, including in-person attendance if major incidents occur.
