Maintaining awareness of the local rental market and recommending appropriate rental rates, leasing strategies, and incentives to control vacancy.: R9 ]. x, M" x4 N* E* O$ N9 y

Ensuring all properties are in compliance with local building and safety codes.( F3 n$ E7 X5 q# d2 S% p0 X
Sourcing appropriate third-party vendors to provide services to the property as required.

Ensure on-call maintenance requests and emergencies are handled promptly, including in-person attendance if major incidents occur.
