As this is a key tenant-facing role in the company, the successful application will have extensive experience with residential management, communication, project supervision, and financial & operations reporting.

Review and approval of monthly financial statements, rent rolls, and revenue reports.

Collection of rents and arrears, including initiating legal action when required.
- U8 u) I6 s* q. f* ?$ \8 MMaintaining awareness of the local rental market and recommending appropriate rental rates, leasing strategies, and incentives to control vacancy.

Preparation of appropriate preventive maintenance plans for assigned properties./ _9 X: Y! e/ e9 T5 j h8 B
Monitoring and supervision of site staff for unit turnovers and routine maintenance activities., l6 u2 H- n# [ x/ g1 S
Ensuring all properties are in compliance with local building and safety codes.4 a/ {8 F1 N8 U; ?, e
Sourcing appropriate third-party vendors to provide services to the property as required.; ^. G1 y# ?" J+ O( ?
Conduct regular inspections of the properties to ensure first-class operations are maintained.

" H5 `( _3 c* U+ n GEnsure on-call maintenance requests and emergencies are handled promptly, including in-person attendance if major incidents occur.
