Maintaining awareness of the local rental market and recommending appropriate rental rates, leasing strategies, and incentives to control vacancy.# `# P: ~( _1 J/ p
Maintenance

Preparation of appropriate preventive maintenance plans for assigned properties.

Ensuring all properties are in compliance with local building and safety codes.9 P! }( o" C$ v- z7 m* K
Sourcing appropriate third-party vendors to provide services to the property as required.

# o3 q9 I# ^" m. F+ jPlan and recommend capital improvements that may be required.
' ~* e" e/ w$ K9 u! oEnsure on-call maintenance requests and emergencies are handled promptly, including in-person attendance if major incidents occur.
