Review and approval of monthly financial statements, rent rolls, and revenue reports.

Maintenance

Monitoring and supervision of site staff for unit turnovers and routine maintenance activities. C. ?6 `0 e7 R+ K6 J
Ensuring all properties are in compliance with local building and safety codes./ I. _+ E- w7 g5 ~: L# g
Sourcing appropriate third-party vendors to provide services to the property as required.
7 o# N* t# u- y0 }% B4 j6 H5 S3 Z0 YConduct regular inspections of the properties to ensure first-class operations are maintained.

/ ], L) {. j9 y& y+ f4 A% w" HEnsure on-call maintenance requests and emergencies are handled promptly, including in-person attendance if major incidents occur.

The duty of a Resident Manager ensures the satisfaction of the tenants and the Landlord.
