As this is a key tenant-facing role in the company, the successful application will have extensive experience with residential management, communication, project supervision, and financial & operations reporting.

Maintaining regular, clear, and appropriate communication with tenants.

Review and approval of monthly financial statements, rent rolls, and revenue reports.

8 J4 w7 C) z+ F+ ]! N9 A& ~Collection of rents and arrears, including initiating legal action when required.
) A* U n( f5 @# uMaintaining awareness of the local rental market and recommending appropriate rental rates, leasing strategies, and incentives to control vacancy.

Preparation of appropriate preventive maintenance plans for assigned properties.8 m+ z' t/ S1 G5 K5 f
Monitoring and supervision of site staff for unit turnovers and routine maintenance activities.0 C" i1 B4 `8 ~0 L
Ensuring all properties are in compliance with local building and safety codes.
) ^) W; k$ S9 fSourcing appropriate third-party vendors to provide services to the property as required.
- t1 O' {# T0 D7 r5 c/ `9 ^4 H, qConduct regular inspections of the properties to ensure first-class operations are maintained.

7 N" M6 u( x8 lEnsure on-call maintenance requests and emergencies are handled promptly, including in-person attendance if major incidents occur.
