As this is a key tenant-facing role in the company, the successful application will have extensive experience with residential management, communication, project supervision, and financial & operations reporting. 6 b1 |( |* ]. At least 1-year customer service working experience in Canada

A comprehensive working knowledge of the Alberta Residential Tenancies Act.

/ P( ^8 B+ T( OCollection of rents and arrears, including initiating legal action when required.
2 g6 q7 m+ z6 F" j9 j VMaintaining awareness of the local rental market and recommending appropriate rental rates, leasing strategies, and incentives to control vacancy.% f5 i0 m d0 t( D) q

Preparation of appropriate preventive maintenance plans for assigned properties.
) D5 N% ?5 K4 s. ]8 O9 l; d0 `! h; uMonitoring and supervision of site staff for unit turnovers and routine maintenance activities.
Z5 V* ^$ k7 ~; c8 J4 cEnsuring all properties are in compliance with local building and safety codes.
( @- w' W }6 uSourcing appropriate third-party vendors to provide services to the property as required.4 T' t- @/ T0 B, s/ O+ `: g5 q/ C
Conduct regular inspections of the properties to ensure first-class operations are maintained.
$ m7 {! c) r- ?+ t; C0 d( ]+ {Plan and recommend capital improvements that may be required.
. {$ r' ^. L9 T+ }6 gEnsure on-call maintenance requests and emergencies are handled promptly, including in-person attendance if major incidents occur.6 l2 o' M m- @8 [& l" l* n
