Collection of rents and arrears, including initiating legal action when required.8 t8 C, r0 V1 a S/ `" _: X9 i
Maintaining awareness of the local rental market and recommending appropriate rental rates, leasing strategies, and incentives to control vacancy.& N, W4 Y/ ?3 t3 y, C2 ?7 @

Monitoring and supervision of site staff for unit turnovers and routine maintenance activities.

Sourcing appropriate third-party vendors to provide services to the property as required.

Plan and recommend capital improvements that may be required.
" l1 a9 M6 V6 P- M/ K/ vEnsure on-call maintenance requests and emergencies are handled promptly, including in-person attendance if major incidents occur.
