At least 1-year customer service working experience in Canada

Any experience managing a portfolio of residential properties.! m4 J- }/ v2 l: d0 I' N
A comprehensive working knowledge of the Alberta Residential Tenancies Act.+ b) A) D' z" O0 V

Review and approval of monthly financial statements, rent rolls, and revenue reports.

Collection of rents and arrears, including initiating legal action when required./ s) G: t" t" h- z
Maintaining awareness of the local rental market and recommending appropriate rental rates, leasing strategies, and incentives to control vacancy.0 z- r* Y, }2 b4 ^4 N- [; x. A

Ensuring all properties are in compliance with local building and safety codes.

Conduct regular inspections of the properties to ensure first-class operations are maintained.! y' u# B( e# k9 d
Plan and recommend capital improvements that may be required.) a1 d8 Y: k9 a& e5 K [# Y
Ensure on-call maintenance requests and emergencies are handled promptly, including in-person attendance if major incidents occur./ B% ^9 f5 G$ y# g. l q& D
