At least 1-year customer service working experience in Canada

Any experience managing a portfolio of residential properties.

Financial

Oversight of day-to-day operating expenditures for the properties.
( e( m' [& y* Y7 g+ _) ~# n+ ~Collection of rents and arrears, including initiating legal action when required.
, k( z7 {0 w+ J+ Y- \& lMaintaining awareness of the local rental market and recommending appropriate rental rates, leasing strategies, and incentives to control vacancy.

Ensuring all properties are in compliance with local building and safety codes.2 Z' q0 U1 {* i4 E5 {: p
Sourcing appropriate third-party vendors to provide services to the property as required.
+ H7 L: u: M8 ]) |* R$ q7 I% [Conduct regular inspections of the properties to ensure first-class operations are maintained.: N& h8 P# ^# U7 `; n
Plan and recommend capital improvements that may be required.5 K* r* ?" T" Y9 [. ^
Ensure on-call maintenance requests and emergencies are handled promptly, including in-person attendance if major incidents occur." o; e! P, H9 d! Q7 R4 K
