( e& F2 D" O) R; D/ BOperations Manager, the Bartender is responsible for carrying out the

* x, {9 n0 [* i$ N# {9 uDUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:, J+ {* R8 O' d
1) Provides service to Servers and customers by dispensing food and
% T& I! [2 m* s6 r2 G8 ebeverage items.

7 R8 h# o8 b, R3 K& N6 m9 T! n2) Responsible for handling cash for the products sold, and for the

3) Opens and closes the bar - counts floats and sales at the end of 5 S% p8 R" v! t( W$ g0 s$ b
each shift, and upon closing.

4) Cleanliness of all areas, supplies and equipment, with particular
) b; p& z7 ~9 l* T; m; y" Jattention to areas used by customers including bar counters and

) ?4 \7 C0 B X ostorage areas. Restocks kegs, back-bar beer coolers and all alcohol ' |0 B# ]9 A! H
products, serving supplies and condiments at the end of each shift.* R6 z m3 X! ?$ ^8 Y+ }2 i" q' _

monitoring of Servers to ensure that customers consistently receive a

2) Minimum of two years experience bartending in a high-volume
