DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:& i6 g- k' l7 k1 [
1) Provides service to Servers and customers by dispensing food and
+ |) Y; y2 H: j9 H% b* E N% abeverage items.

$ E0 }& h& o ]# j. q% g$ @2) Responsible for handling cash for the products sold, and for the 0 U) ~2 A7 B* q2 Q
bar and debit floats.( C& s e/ l! r# X. ]. G

3) Opens and closes the bar - counts floats and sales at the end of
. k" x/ a3 U) `% \ Qeach shift, and upon closing.3 {, o+ w6 I y0 _- f
0 q" f& J9 m% a _" C3 N4) Cleanliness of all areas, supplies and equipment, with particular
8 S' y; J# @4 T @1 m3 s" Q" lattention to areas used by customers including bar counters and
3 a0 e. g! D# H2 Lseating, tables and chairs and surrounding floor surfaces.

9 E% Z6 g& Y8 v) q5) Receives orders from suppliers, rotating stock as required in 4 x8 Z: r; C# M _/ X
storage areas. Restocks kegs, back-bar beer coolers and all alcohol
8 T! @+ _5 K; z& y, a' Mproducts, serving supplies and condiments at the end of each shift.

6) Supervision of staff, with particular attention to close " I6 d- G% t* W
monitoring of Servers to ensure that customers consistently receive a

accordance with Students' Union policies.

QUALIFICATIONS:

2) Minimum of two years experience bartending in a high-volume
