17.5 hours a week.  $8.96 an hour.  Hours from 11:30 a.m. until 3:00

6 y" M$ s% r) @" s# E+ kJOB SUMMARY:  The Food Service Worker I is responsible to the  
* H" ]# |1 f$ L* Q5 n; zOperations Manager and Senior Operations Manager-Food Services.

# ?7 u# }* n) R1 XDUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES;
3 {+ D* N- P# d# e% @7 T' l1) Serve as cashier when required.
1 W  M% |/ r6 _3 x$ a. `
- F( R1 w  b0 R3 G, ~# P2) Cleanliness of all areas and supplies and equipment.
2 Q0 p3 g- v! }: y. d$ u+ t
1 @  O& \4 w4 H4 C1 |. H5 }3) Food preparation and cooking as required.

* s: w" }0 ?6 j; v9 N2 d6 I6 O4) To follow stipulate of the Edmonton Board of Health.

5) Monitor product levels, order, receive and store food deliveries.

8 v# O" T$ ?8 K& U5 y6) Perform monthly food inventory.

7) Capable and willing to work in all areas and able to work rotating  
shifts within Power Plant/RATT operating hours.

, c3 I- H6 K6 a, H2 b) S* `2 j To perform other related duties as directed by the Manager.

QUALIFICATIONS;
1) Minimum one year experience as a short order cook, thorough  
3 x3 z( @5 @8 C9 {7 n+ Rknowledge of food handling and storage techniques.
% C  b) y3 Y: f" X$ b; Y
2) Previous experience with food inventories.

3) Cashier experience.
4) Excellent work habits, appearance and personal hygiene.

5) Very good public and staff relations.

9 M& A9 l( C) }- d6) Completion of Grade XII (Alberta) or equivalent.

1 O! B3 u/ s9 h7 I6 \Wage: $8.96/hour (under negotiation) plus 50% discount on food  
purchased at SU outlets to be eaten on shift break
