6 L- f7 g7 m( w17.5 hours a week.  $8.96 an hour.  Hours from 11:30 a.m. until 3:00

JOB SUMMARY:  The Food Service Worker I is responsible to the  
Operations Manager and Senior Operations Manager-Food Services.

/ z- s# p& `. O& j4 ?, PDUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES;
1) Serve as cashier when required.
2 M! h- M6 ^8 e: X# X1 D
2) Cleanliness of all areas and supplies and equipment.

3) Food preparation and cooking as required.

5 f0 E7 a/ t6 B' Q8 U0 b* _9 f4 i4) To follow stipulate of the Edmonton Board of Health.

& ~( T: r: t2 ^8 L0 N; {5) Monitor product levels, order, receive and store food deliveries.

/ t: r$ j. F: V, ]1 S6) Perform monthly food inventory.

7) Capable and willing to work in all areas and able to work rotating  
; c* p8 _& Z& s' jshifts within Power Plant/RATT operating hours.

) J1 ]8 {  e. ^' ~: _  a To perform other related duties as directed by the Manager.

QUALIFICATIONS;
1) Minimum one year experience as a short order cook, thorough  
knowledge of food handling and storage techniques.

2) Previous experience with food inventories.

3) Cashier experience.
  y2 K3 _7 e. C) z4) Excellent work habits, appearance and personal hygiene.

5) Very good public and staff relations.

6 D/ f- y4 ~; @2 J8 ~, X6) Completion of Grade XII (Alberta) or equivalent.
