Two shifts
27.5 hours a week.  $8.96 an hour.  Hours from 3 p.m. until 8:30  
p.m., Monday through Friday

JOB SUMMARY:  The Food Service Worker I is responsible to the  
( }. S; Q8 R1 K7 \  n9 k( }% |5 q4 u8 ]/ yOperations Manager and Senior Operations Manager-Food Services.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES;
1) Serve as cashier when required.

2) Cleanliness of all areas and supplies and equipment.

; L) E  Z5 Y* ]3 I9 ~3) Food preparation and cooking as required.

4) To follow stipulate of the Edmonton Board of Health.
& i1 \' {3 x6 Q8 [6 o
4 X( @( j& |9 P5 ?6 K5) Monitor product levels, order, receive and store food deliveries.

  g+ T4 V9 d+ u! j9 t6) Perform monthly food inventory.
* l5 V; M- G* i) f  d- x
7) Capable and willing to work in all areas and able to work rotating  
: \2 P& w4 b$ s3 m% Qshifts within Power Plant/RATT operating hours.

To perform other related duties as directed by the Manager.

QUALIFICATIONS;
1) Minimum one year experience as a short order cook, thorough  
knowledge of food handling and storage techniques.
# u9 M1 P) l+ F, o$ L+ C5 z* R! K
8 H' V$ a0 x5 F" M9 a/ w2) Previous experience with food inventories.
$ {* S  {4 d- S( H6 ?7 F
4 ~4 p* G% N6 T% i% d: O) ^3) Cashier experience.
- e# Y. ]. z4 F! V4) Excellent work habits, appearance and personal hygiene.

5) Very good public and staff relations.
) @4 G4 u& X) M, K
) s+ X! u9 i. ?0 r3 E6 I6) Completion of Grade XII (Alberta) or equivalent.

February 14/97/Union Position

Wage: $8.96/hour (under negotiation) plus 50% discount on food  
5 p' @" V! V# l% b% J+ ?purchased at SU outlets to be eaten on shift break
