27.5 hours a week.  $8.96 an hour.  Hours from 3 p.m. until 8:30

5 o5 K" t' A. L1 J. }: V17.5 hours a week.  $8.96 an hour.  Hours from 11:30 a.m. until 3:00  
p.m., Monday through Friday
JOB SUMMARY:  The Food Service Worker I is responsible to the  
Operations Manager and Senior Operations Manager-Food Services.

* I  S  x5 W+ G" P5 RDUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES;
' n% a% Y3 n/ c! v) ^5 l' S1 I1) Serve as cashier when required.

) O- j$ S( k* T. N2 Q+ i2) Cleanliness of all areas and supplies and equipment.
5 c* v7 `* J* W  Y$ ?1 f- X
4 b6 e# C* m& q- e3) Food preparation and cooking as required.

, W4 f9 k0 d8 l4 K+ ~4) To follow stipulate of the Edmonton Board of Health.

5) Monitor product levels, order, receive and store food deliveries.

7 q* _) l9 i9 g% k6) Perform monthly food inventory.

7) Capable and willing to work in all areas and able to work rotating  
6 ^+ D; X, d7 ?. g0 M) x+ Vshifts within Power Plant/RATT operating hours.

To perform other related duties as directed by the Manager.

: r3 d( Y0 J) Z( y0 p6 M6 z7 }5 uQUALIFICATIONS;
1) Minimum one year experience as a short order cook, thorough  
knowledge of food handling and storage techniques.

' _! h6 |9 r1 o% p2) Previous experience with food inventories.
/ m# t6 X, \! @1 G1 t2 I+ |
3) Cashier experience.
4) Excellent work habits, appearance and personal hygiene.
' g% u  a9 k8 u$ L: g' h0 p
* }9 |5 E0 \* ^0 i7 }5) Very good public and staff relations.

5 Z5 O: A' b) w* }6) Completion of Grade XII (Alberta) or equivalent.

Wage: $8.96/hour (under negotiation) plus 50% discount on food  
purchased at SU outlets to be eaten on shift break
