Why not Mobile home ?

' f" `5 n- I" |  BI do have a question: because mobile home is so cheap, still not so many people tend to buy, why? what is the reason behind?

I am a poor guy, mobile home looks very attractive to me, and I am hesitating, can any one give a clue?

Just like your name, mobile home does not have a land (or lot). Your house is located on a rented land. So you need
to pay the land rent every month. The owner of the lank can increase the land without the limit. Once he raise the
rent to a price that you don't satisfy, you have to move to other land. That will be a big pain to you.
