Just like your name, mobile home does not have a land (or lot). Your house is located on a rented land. So you need + g0 W' u% Z, d" Dto pay the land rent every month. The owner of the lank can increase the land without the limit. Once he raise the 8 V% K1 f8 ^; W0 S! Vrent to a price that you don't satisfy, you have to move to other land. That will be a big pain to you.
