• Manage the store’s resources in order to maximize the key result areas:
6 Q: z0 D/ `" R8 k1 oDriving revenue, Controlling Costs and delivery of Exceptional Customer Service.
: i8 e% a0 R7 f% N6 `6 p• Hire, develop, train, coach and motivate the store employee team.
: P& D; W. c% V$ Z2 V! R; [• Manage store-scheduling system to ensure there is proper coverage for all shifts including days, evenings, weekends and statutory holidays.

• Lead by example in company service standards.

• University or College diploma in Business an asset.
* g4 }, f7 u, F4 Y• Minimum 2 (two) years + supervisor/management experience preferable in a retail, entertainment, or hospitality industry.* X. p9 n, z. S" @. b! c
• Excellent verbal communication and coaching skills.' x9 T2 @4 J" M! h' l" J
• Excellent customer service skills.
