POSITION SUMMARY:

•        Manage the store’s resources in order to maximize the key result areas:
6 Q: z0 D/ `" R8 k1 oDriving revenue, Controlling Costs and delivery of Exceptional Customer Service.
: i8 e% a0 R7 f% N6 `6 p•        Hire, develop, train, coach and motivate the store employee team.
: P& D; W. c% V$ Z2 V! R; [•        Manage store-scheduling system to ensure there is proper coverage for all shifts including days, evenings, weekends and statutory holidays.
4 G' l) x+ [' o•        Control store-operating expenses.
•        Lead by example in company service standards.

$ B- \( `2 [; W•        Maintain employee files and records.
•        Manage store Health & Safety program.

. }+ \  A% t7 Z' mREQUIREMENTS:
; ]# T. a# k5 Q8 @. W; C' e0 V3 ]
•        University or College diploma in Business an asset.
* g4 }, f7 u, F4 Y•        Minimum 2 (two) years + supervisor/management experience preferable in a retail, entertainment, or hospitality industry.
•        Excellent verbal communication and coaching skills.
•        Excellent customer service skills.
5 v4 q5 n$ x8 z( E1 P•        Sound financial knowledge of profit and loss statements.
* o. M9 N! |$ `+ t: a•        Able to multi-task in a fast paced environment.
•        Strong Leadership skills.
•        Strong administrative and organizational skills.
