•        Manage the store’s resources in order to maximize the key result areas:
Driving revenue, Controlling Costs and delivery of Exceptional Customer Service.
•        Hire, develop, train, coach and motivate the store employee team.
•        Manage store-scheduling system to ensure there is proper coverage for all shifts including days, evenings, weekends and statutory holidays.
) E/ v! C, h& e•        Control store-operating expenses.
•        Lead by example in company service standards.
; v( P' c. q9 l7 P/ _•        Manage store physical inventory.
•        Maintain employee files and records.

6 p0 f+ @) O! W1 ?REQUIREMENTS:

- T0 |; v/ Y1 Z' ?2 z$ ]8 a- g•        University or College diploma in Business an asset.
9 U5 h6 F/ @5 K. I# X- l' S( H9 ~•        Minimum 2 (two) years + supervisor/management experience preferable in a retail, entertainment, or hospitality industry.
7 ?3 n$ n7 V3 j' E& Z& s. S( |) q# l) |% R•        Excellent verbal communication and coaching skills.
•        Excellent customer service skills.
' `: Z3 _& u7 p3 n+ E•        Sound financial knowledge of profit and loss statements.
; H! N9 \$ R5 O: p•        Able to multi-task in a fast paced environment.
