. L5 x/ t1 H/ k6 L9 ~•        Manage the store’s resources in order to maximize the key result areas:
Driving revenue, Controlling Costs and delivery of Exceptional Customer Service.
5 V0 n8 P# {! V8 ^•        Hire, develop, train, coach and motivate the store employee team.
! ?2 n0 w- Z8 j' H5 k7 f•        Manage store-scheduling system to ensure there is proper coverage for all shifts including days, evenings, weekends and statutory holidays.
& h+ @( c& s: k8 N! h•        Control store-operating expenses.
9 \( p( g* n6 r: z2 J& o( U( ?" z•        Lead by example in company service standards.
# w2 c( y# E: f5 c3 E/ `$ i. Q/ N•        Manage store physical inventory.
•        Maintain employee files and records.

4 @3 q& @7 e0 z) rREQUIREMENTS:

•        University or College diploma in Business an asset.
5 L( b5 D. c2 z( g& `. H/ t•        Minimum 2 (two) years + supervisor/management experience preferable in a retail, entertainment, or hospitality industry.
( ?: C8 k4 X; T/ c; _8 F•        Excellent verbal communication and coaching skills.
: R' ]/ Q: v8 O% G6 e9 Z3 `•        Excellent customer service skills.
•        Sound financial knowledge of profit and loss statements.
$ L) f; P& ?2 v•        Able to multi-task in a fast paced environment.
