•        Manage the store’s resources in order to maximize the key result areas:
Driving revenue, Controlling Costs and delivery of Exceptional Customer Service.
# {; ?" |2 s. `! S1 ^0 h•        Hire, develop, train, coach and motivate the store employee team.
•        Manage store-scheduling system to ensure there is proper coverage for all shifts including days, evenings, weekends and statutory holidays.

# s# {4 M( D2 h# n& m. l•        Lead by example in company service standards.
•        Manage store physical inventory.
•        Maintain employee files and records.

REQUIREMENTS:
, T, s6 U. D( r+ z
•        University or College diploma in Business an asset.
•        Minimum 2 (two) years + supervisor/management experience preferable in a retail, entertainment, or hospitality industry.
- H$ h4 S2 c0 o/ B3 H8 B' X: `•        Excellent verbal communication and coaching skills.
•        Excellent customer service skills.
% G/ L% @3 s6 n) h  g6 j•        Sound financial knowledge of profit and loss statements.
•        Able to multi-task in a fast paced environment.
•        Strong Leadership skills.
