POSITION SUMMARY:

•        Manage the store’s resources in order to maximize the key result areas:
5 s0 w, H* x/ Y, f4 e' h6 gDriving revenue, Controlling Costs and delivery of Exceptional Customer Service.
•        Hire, develop, train, coach and motivate the store employee team.
; e5 L! O  X% r% U•        Manage store-scheduling system to ensure there is proper coverage for all shifts including days, evenings, weekends and statutory holidays.
4 Y$ x: ~3 B6 L( y3 l5 W•        Control store-operating expenses.
! r; F; l$ x5 L•        Lead by example in company service standards.
•        Manage store physical inventory.
•        Maintain employee files and records.
* o8 B' X0 [1 A5 L" M  Q0 d" L•        Manage store Health & Safety program.

- E7 @7 w# N9 e) r2 h$ n•        University or College diploma in Business an asset.
•        Minimum 2 (two) years + supervisor/management experience preferable in a retail, entertainment, or hospitality industry.
/ F2 I' {: S, C' E•        Excellent verbal communication and coaching skills.
3 V9 p  F% W! {5 c7 }•        Excellent customer service skills.
•        Sound financial knowledge of profit and loss statements.
•        Able to multi-task in a fast paced environment.

•        Strong administrative and organizational skills.
