POSITION SUMMARY:

% E* c; A; n( L& S4 m0 P9 `•        Manage the store’s resources in order to maximize the key result areas:
Driving revenue, Controlling Costs and delivery of Exceptional Customer Service.
9 [: M4 ~3 `$ @) V' R•        Hire, develop, train, coach and motivate the store employee team.
( Y5 s7 O1 }! i; Z+ R/ `6 N& i& I•        Manage store-scheduling system to ensure there is proper coverage for all shifts including days, evenings, weekends and statutory holidays.
•        Control store-operating expenses.
•        Lead by example in company service standards.
•        Manage store physical inventory.
1 n  ]# s# d+ g9 A  y. T•        Maintain employee files and records.

# `/ _) {/ J& o2 q9 uREQUIREMENTS:

•        University or College diploma in Business an asset.
- Y, j4 ]! h+ C% b* B, {1 [  a4 p5 I•        Minimum 2 (two) years + supervisor/management experience preferable in a retail, entertainment, or hospitality industry.
•        Excellent verbal communication and coaching skills.
4 c0 b2 ]- C9 Q' H! v4 ?•        Excellent customer service skills.
•        Sound financial knowledge of profit and loss statements.
•        Able to multi-task in a fast paced environment.
•        Strong Leadership skills.
•        Strong administrative and organizational skills.
