•        Assist the Store Manager in ensuring outstanding customer service and 100% program execution at a Blockbuster store.  
Key areas: Customer Service Excellence, Operational Excellence, Financial Results.
- \. S) ~' [: ]# g•        Lead by example-role model for the company service standards.
0 g  ?0 e3 M4 D7 L•        Provide guidance, training, and direction to Shift Leaders and Customer Service Representatives.
•        Assist in managing store scheduling system to ensure there is proper coverage for all shifts including days, evenings, weekends and statutory holidays.
5 l0 ~& _! C6 I: O$ \' R: p•        Assist in maintaining employee files and records.
•        Assist in keeping the interior and exterior of the store clean and organized.

REQUIREMENTS:

•        Minimum 2-3 years supervisory experience within the retail, entertainment, or hospitality industry.
2 j) J8 w. e7 K, }•        Excellent verbal communication and coaching skills.
•        Working knowledge of profit and loss statements.
•        Strong administrative and organizational skills.
