POSITION SUMMARY:

•        Assist the Store Manager in ensuring outstanding customer service and 100% program execution at a Blockbuster store.  
Key areas: Customer Service Excellence, Operational Excellence, Financial Results.
; ]( }& g6 b& g•        Lead by example-role model for the company service standards.
•        Provide guidance, training, and direction to Shift Leaders and Customer Service Representatives.
( ]! W# I1 k2 N! g$ m; f* e% r•        Assist in managing store scheduling system to ensure there is proper coverage for all shifts including days, evenings, weekends and statutory holidays.
0 @! h; C! Q! \7 y4 Y9 k) q5 E•        Assist in maintaining employee files and records.
: v' ]. ^" S/ ?; `+ W•        Assist in keeping the interior and exterior of the store clean and organized.

1 ~; S3 w9 M" G% qREQUIREMENTS:
' e& l+ R& E. t& c" A
•        Minimum 2-3 years supervisory experience within the retail, entertainment, or hospitality industry.
•        Excellent verbal communication and coaching skills.
4 |; L7 m$ K" K* J0 e•        Working knowledge of profit and loss statements.
2 w# d: v9 O! A( S•        Strong administrative and organizational skills.
