4 i$ \7 j/ \& V•        Assist the Store Manager in ensuring outstanding customer service and 100% program execution at a Blockbuster store.  
Key areas: Customer Service Excellence, Operational Excellence, Financial Results.
•        Lead by example-role model for the company service standards.
% R2 O  g* E5 K0 \•        Provide guidance, training, and direction to Shift Leaders and Customer Service Representatives.
) u: n6 n, b: ]- b+ t: }8 r# w$ f•        Assist in managing store scheduling system to ensure there is proper coverage for all shifts including days, evenings, weekends and statutory holidays.
% K7 H, y. M2 x: k  T/ v- e•        Assist in maintaining employee files and records.
# D; @' f- b9 P2 C' ]# W•        Assist in keeping the interior and exterior of the store clean and organized.

REQUIREMENTS:
2 N) y6 I) J% [6 s8 m
# O  k9 k6 b8 C0 U# W5 V•        Minimum 2-3 years supervisory experience within the retail, entertainment, or hospitality industry.
5 E; J) W, B/ w•        Excellent verbal communication and coaching skills.
: _6 E. F0 A0 Q4 I* F  z* c4 n0 ~•        Working knowledge of profit and loss statements.
•        Strong administrative and organizational skills.
