# S# l3 h% y; L' P6 p( G* ]•        Assist the Store Manager in ensuring outstanding customer service and 100% program execution at a Blockbuster store.  
6 ^0 o9 C6 f5 @& h& e7 k/ bKey areas: Customer Service Excellence, Operational Excellence, Financial Results.
•        Lead by example-role model for the company service standards.
•        Provide guidance, training, and direction to Shift Leaders and Customer Service Representatives.
% i' L# l' c3 j% z) c% ~; Z6 i•        Assist in managing store scheduling system to ensure there is proper coverage for all shifts including days, evenings, weekends and statutory holidays.
3 ]0 X7 q: n' _5 a) [! p•        Assist in maintaining employee files and records.
•        Assist in keeping the interior and exterior of the store clean and organized.

REQUIREMENTS:

•        Minimum 2-3 years supervisory experience within the retail, entertainment, or hospitality industry.
•        Excellent verbal communication and coaching skills.
•        Working knowledge of profit and loss statements.
•        Strong administrative and organizational skills.
