如果搬家没有提前一个月通知原房主，会损失多少钱？有明确的相关规定吗？有人说会多扣除一个月房租， 还有人说会损失100刀。因此请教，多谢！

other people bad, they will defeintely treat you bad.

If your lease is month to month, and he finds the next renter, he should give back your deposit minus damage.

. v, }) T/ R$ z8 |& v& E看了一下原来的合同（第一年的合同）仅仅看到一句话关于security deposit
* y: n- j& r; | A re-rental fee of $100 if the tenant terminate a month to month lease with in four (4) months of occupying  the apartment.
（termination by tenant) 一项中没有明确的关于没提前通知将如何如何的条款。
