JOB SUMMARY: The Doorperson is responsible to the Operations Manager
4 _0 V3 q. D3 Q: D1 H: k7 U) K(s) (RATT) and will enforce AGLC regulations and Students' Union/RATT  
8 K1 u0 W5 ~, \" n# Z( s/ upolicies.  Protects patrons, staff and property of the Students´ Union.

1 C: L0 I) Y# _: h, O# LDUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
1) Check identification to ensure patrons are of legal drinking age  
and are University affiliated.

0 d# J8 M4 g8 y, S: o1 C2) Crowd control, ensuring maximum occupant load is not exceeded.

2 P8 n! j, k  j! ?5 {( P3) Assists servers with bussing tables and keeping floor areas free  
of garbage.

2 T: Q; X, q0 S& j; W1 W4) Patrols the area observing patron behavior, preventing over-
0 ?/ g% J7 o/ b  r5 yconsumption of alcohol,  altercations, theft and vandalism.

5) Assists bartenders by stocking supplies and monitoring bar service  
5 d5 F. c  Z. Y3 k& Barea when required.

6) Perform other job-related duties as required by the Operations  
Manager(s), Senior Operations Manager and Senior Manager.

QUALIFICATIONS;
4 s, E7 _/ ]$ a- r8 q1) Minimum Alberta Grade XII or equivalent.
  J' i" Q7 o' E7 h1 u7 d
2) Ability to deal appropriately and effectively with a large variety  
8 P: K) h1 z- I) I- H5 u! vof patrons and/or possible negative situations.  To be able to work  
" H% z. U' b* R6 q1 r6 Hcalmly under extremely stressful conditions.
& u! F. P1 N# A2 K) }# X
3) Excellent work habits, appearance and personal hygiene.

4) Must be physically capable.

5) Ability to deal effectively with staff, students and the general  
public.

Wage: $7.73/hour + gratuities

Shift: 6 - 12 hours per week, 7pm - 1am Fridays and Saturdays
