JOB SUMMARY: The Doorperson is responsible to the Operations Manager
& F, w! _; @+ N(s) (RATT) and will enforce AGLC regulations and Students' Union/RATT  
) h; o6 ]5 G8 R" D0 E  n& Apolicies.  Protects patrons, staff and property of the Students´ Union.

3 K, z7 g: W7 w- I" D. R8 A* FDUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
1) Check identification to ensure patrons are of legal drinking age  
, x  T) C* d( n) Dand are University affiliated.

2) Crowd control, ensuring maximum occupant load is not exceeded.

/ r. [; m$ W6 r3 ]6 ~$ c8 }3) Assists servers with bussing tables and keeping floor areas free  
of garbage.
& t/ j- t: s# Y* Q' I2 l& T0 b
. s) f" X; l1 H8 j4 h4) Patrols the area observing patron behavior, preventing over-
! K; H$ B6 D3 G+ Sconsumption of alcohol,  altercations, theft and vandalism.

5) Assists bartenders by stocking supplies and monitoring bar service  
7 l4 O  @! N  W, T# M8 parea when required.

/ h* w8 |+ Y) z) q! t+ W5 u3 J& U% P2 u6) Perform other job-related duties as required by the Operations  
7 G! h( R& I# ~) S/ `5 VManager(s), Senior Operations Manager and Senior Manager.

$ I* Z7 z* a+ rQUALIFICATIONS;
1) Minimum Alberta Grade XII or equivalent.

2) Ability to deal appropriately and effectively with a large variety  
( F: G* |' @1 t4 m  d8 Pof patrons and/or possible negative situations.  To be able to work  
calmly under extremely stressful conditions.
* [) d* d' A) Z9 u+ Y  T2 S
3) Excellent work habits, appearance and personal hygiene.

9 [. o5 P+ k$ P& U+ b; R: Q4) Must be physically capable.

5) Ability to deal effectively with staff, students and the general  
& v1 y) T2 u) r; [public.

Wage: $7.73/hour + gratuities

Shift: 6 - 12 hours per week, 7pm - 1am Fridays and Saturdays
