+ e3 I. {0 x3 t; i. _* wJOB SUMMARY: The Doorperson is responsible to the Operations Manager
(s) (RATT) and will enforce AGLC regulations and Students' Union/RATT  
3 o; \9 \$ z4 u6 e# h* p4 ipolicies.  Protects patrons, staff and property of the Students´ Union.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
6 v/ n  B: V5 K! G& ]; i1) Check identification to ensure patrons are of legal drinking age  
and are University affiliated.
' e+ W( g8 M0 p( K& Z9 y; _: Z
2) Crowd control, ensuring maximum occupant load is not exceeded.
( D; H) J9 o2 b- s2 _! L
$ g6 h4 u' ^: n+ |6 s3) Assists servers with bussing tables and keeping floor areas free  
of garbage.

4 z' f8 k$ ^' L; Y& d& F; Z) j8 j# c4) Patrols the area observing patron behavior, preventing over-
5 }$ h$ O) o$ oconsumption of alcohol,  altercations, theft and vandalism.

5) Assists bartenders by stocking supplies and monitoring bar service  
area when required.

6) Perform other job-related duties as required by the Operations  
Manager(s), Senior Operations Manager and Senior Manager.

1) Minimum Alberta Grade XII or equivalent.

; n" l& _6 j1 }0 U3 [7 z2) Ability to deal appropriately and effectively with a large variety  
- H* O+ b0 z) V# l9 F3 eof patrons and/or possible negative situations.  To be able to work  
0 Q& ^& R0 y3 Q8 k6 J3 t4 J2 j6 I# Ccalmly under extremely stressful conditions.
1 K5 a+ C7 x( \$ n4 _  d1 ~5 S
' C) |% K, f4 M, i" o3) Excellent work habits, appearance and personal hygiene.

+ T1 O* J  H$ ~- C8 H5) Ability to deal effectively with staff, students and the general
