PRIMARY RESPONSIBILTIES:

3 i- r: [& e% v4 `" r. F- QResponsible for providing high-quality customer support in all aspects of company client computing requirements plus routine assistance in managing network resources.

•        Proven ability to support client individual PC’s from both a hardware and software perspective.  j+ y7 n0 B( T- ~2 ?! K. [* T% R
•        Ability to effectively plan and prioritize user support resources.
% s; d+ L0 Y; _9 O1 s( ^& x•        Computer Science diploma accreditation or equivalent experience.
2 o8 C9 i7 q6 [/ d•        Two or more years of experience supporting computer systems with a focus on Microsoft networking and office technologies.
