PRIMARY RESPONSIBILTIES:

Responsible for providing high-quality customer support in all aspects of company client computing requirements plus routine assistance in managing network resources.

•        Proven ability to support client individual PC’s from both a hardware and software perspective.6 p: ^+ d1 @& i4 T1 g0 @2 i
•        Ability to effectively plan and prioritize user support resources.
8 \3 k2 d" a3 Y$ a•        Computer Science diploma accreditation or equivalent experience.7 _2 E8 t* r/ ?
•        Two or more years of experience supporting computer systems with a focus on Microsoft networking and office technologies.1 E2 f7 {9 |  L. r, a9 S
