the Students' Union and oversees all electoral logistics as per Bylaw

Standing Orders by April 15 and serve from May 1 to April 30 of the

# E3 X# C7 @; ]2) To run referenda/plebiscites as per Bylaw 2000.4 Y/ i9 s; q6 `) n. @9 K/ Q

3) To choose the Deputy Returning Officer(s) and assign their duties.2 b! N! J) w- t+ ]" x) O

4) To organize polls during elections/referenda, including appointing

from the first working day after nominations close until the last day

the course of an election/referendum.

QUALIFICATIONS:

1) Must be an undergrad student registered in at least one (1) course
! `- V, L5 M3 B# `& {; @for each of the terms of Winter Session and shall be a full Students'
8 x+ _* N3 z9 e! L) HUnion member.

2) Must have some experience in student elections.
O. p; a/ f9 \# m" Z/ v2 q) c
- M0 m$ X1 a/ u* f3) Shall not concurrently hold a position on Students' Council, or
$ s# w2 @1 L# h6 bany of its standing boards, committees, or any other paid position
9 n, }9 |8 F( P k; ~with the Students' Union.

4) Willingness and ability to work varying hours.9 f4 V3 Y( U: i" Q: K

5) Excellent project management skills are required.
