JOB SUMMARY:  The Food Service Worker II responsible to the Senior  
. j! K- a; {( Y  Q/ e4 kOperations Manager-Food Services and Operating Assistant and will  
: c; l8 ^+ a& a* M% lassist in all areas for maximum service to patrons.

! W! D0 L7 I8 c# _! dDUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES;
1)              Assist with all aspects of food preparation, display  
# n0 o- f4 c  m' qfood in an attractive & appetizing manner, and clean in the kitchen  
area.

5 J, D! J  {* n4 I2) Provide excellent customer service to student, staff and public  
clients, in a professional and friendly manner at all times.

5 C2 E0 {! V. Z0 T( V8 ]1 S1 O3)              Follow proper food handling and storage techniques as  
per Capital Health standards.
% e0 F9 a  M3 z/ M# s- L
4)              Capable and willing to work in all areas and able to  
- w5 ^- s+ f/ Q* L2 Twork rotating shifts within the  Students´ Union Food Services  
) F1 T4 M! N$ ?0 N; ]operating hours.

5) Serve as cashier when required.
) g0 N) G5 r$ L' n! g/ {
( }9 h% N) L3 S6 l7 i0 n6) To perform other related duties as directed by the Senior  
Operations Manager-Food Services and Operating Assistant.

8 }' Y4 `7 s" b. |7 SQUALIFICATIONS;
% P: H8 k0 }  F2 X1) Minimum one year in the food industry.  Thorough knowledge of safe  
food handling and storage techniques.
( Z5 a7 W/ {0 W
2)              Some cooking/baking experience.

- C- n) z6 O) ~# R9 F- m3) Cashier experience.

4) Excellent work habits, appearance and personal hygiene.

5) Excellent customer service skills and staff relations abilities.

6) Completion of Grade XII (Alberta) or equivalent.
