Operating Assistant-SUBtitles (Permanent and Fulltime)

JOB SUMMARY:  Reporting to and under the supervision of the Senior  
Operations Manager-Retail and the Operations Manager-Retail, the  
fulltime Operating Assistant-SUBtitles is responsible for the  
effective operation of SUBtitles in the absence of the manager(s).

5 E  ~0 L1 {0 o( B1 d, _DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
1)             Responsible for assisting the Operations Manager-
Retail in the training of part time staff

+ t/ I* g( }2 M! |8 S5 ]! ?1 y- M' t2)             Responsible for supervising part time staff and  
ensuring that staff are fulfilling job requirements

, [4 W/ h% S( P3)             Responsible for assisting the Operations Manager-
! S: f. X$ {% t+ M; nRetail with cashing out and ensuring that floats are secured

4)             Capable and willing to work in all areas while working  
various shifts as per store hours

3 d$ B1 O9 f8 f) k( Q' _* P* i: D2 `9 q5)             Responsible for determining needs and finalizing  
orders for external custom order clients

9)             Perform other job related duties, in SUBtitles and

Operations Manager-Retail

QUALIFICATIONS;
6 q( [/ s( a- \5 X8 R0 X1)             Minimum Alberta Grade XII or equivalent

2)             Post secondary education would be an asset

3)             Previous supervisory experience would be an asset

6)             Knowledge of computer operations

7)             Ability to work accurately and efficiently in a

the general public
