Operations Manager-Food Services and Operations Manager-RATT.

  C* F* ?) ?) [  N2 p* PDUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES;
  h2 I+ I* z" S7 p6 _" F
& H+ x5 o5 v" |- O$ n$ K1) Assist with Food preparation and cooking as required.
. F! H8 S" U! I9 z, Y1 q  x( z
2) Cleanliness of all areas and supplies and equipment.

3) To follow the health and food safety standards as set out by  
Capital Health and the U of A Students´ Union.

4 L9 D) F  L2 R6 Z4) Monitor food product levels, order, receive and store food  
deliveries.

0 u# e# P2 \* a" G" i7 j# }5) Assist with monthly food inventory.

& m  N# s( N5 ~, |6) Capable and willing to work in all areas and able to work rotating  
7 S7 C, S- F. m9 i0 Sshifts within Powerplant operating hours.

7) To perform other related duties as directed by the Operations  
Manager.

1) Thorough knowledge of food handling and storage techniques.
& V2 o; y) J0 p9 E, }% Z5 @1 ^1 a
/ {5 k9 n' f. t" g2) Previous experience with food inventories.
# A! P- D  `4 a% k' `
' F7 \6 @: t2 m2 j& u+ Q# [4) Excellent work habits, appearance and personal hygiene.

5) Good public and staff relations.

Wage: $8.96/hr (under negotiation) + gratuities + 50% discount on  
meals purchased for shift breaks
