Be Your Own Busker (ATB Big Top): Work with creative people who will teach patrons to juggle and

9 O8 E. o+ V! W6 ?9 f, kprep, door person, stagehand, and clean up.
: _1 P# J0 w1 h6 _Chalk Chics: Festival goers will be asked to participate in chalk drawings. Volunteers will be helping the

Environment: We need lots of volunteers to help ensure that the Square is kept looking beautiful for6 I6 p" |, i! ?; v+ p- X3 W
visitors to the festival. We provide equipment and materials to help you dispose of garbage and sort the

Front of House: If you are well organized, like people, and can handle line up control and questions, be
# p9 N1 x- T* O1 V. o6 zpart of the door crew for our three indoor theatre events. You must be able to work late into the evening./ N! ?6 j% \0 h% y& A: m9 K; s8 C
Hospitality: The volunteers are off site in the host hotel looking after our artists and guests by providing
6 N6 J4 K$ |- Z- O1 u6 I- Z+ Wthem with delicious meals, snacks and beverages in the Hospitality Suite. Some heavy lifting and late, g! h# e, E0 q' h
hours are part of this crew’s duties.
9 D7 P- M& f- gInformation: Inside the Info trailer, volunteers on this crew know everything there is to know about the+ ]! }3 |! E8 l/ |, j
festival - who, what, when where and how is their business. They also sell merchandise and provide0 j# U/ A3 g% j R
programs to visitors to the festival.
. Q/ @3 \9 @, D' n. ~1 N6 DKids’ World: Enjoy some time entertaining the wee folks. Activities and games will be provided for4 h! O2 N* ^+ ~9 Z% d. \
everyone coming to this area. Help our creative coordinators make this place an enjoyable experience.% @7 h# ?/ q, \. q
Office: Duties will include answering telephone inquiries about the festival, selling seats to the ticketed( ~" J3 U! S) P/ B/ i* H/ @
events and general office duties. Volunteers must have a good telephone manner and knowledge of the, r' x/ I* e! b1 s5 S$ m
festival.
+ v* v6 R/ A% P: Y: _Site: Volunteers will help our Production manager and his assistant make sure all that the physical site is8 C9 [, F! ^' K5 [& R; t
operating smoothly. From erecting tents to flying banners and putting up fencing, it is important that you8 i& W; e2 D) h \- v) `* m# k, M
are physically fit and ready for any emergency.
0 [' O* ^9 t6 D$ CStage: All volunteers who are helping with any theatrical productions must have some previous training& R, Z" t0 n- D% s B' Q [
and/or understanding of back stage procedures.
4 ? v) ?" T& C; M4 L, D/ o+ K0 YTransportation: Volunteers 25 years of age with a clean driving license, (driver’s abstract will be
: P5 H- Q8 \3 ~$ @; z$ z. r8 ?required), will be asked to drive artists to and from various performance locations in the city as well as
* @& |' r" p/ R0 t: aairport arrivals and departures. Other duties include day to day pick ups and deliveries that the festival
0 f2 ^& ~$ I; q p/ kstaff and artists may require. A good knowledge of the city is required. |
