It looks like you guys are all rich and look at only five years rate. If I am buying house I have to look at 20-25 years rate because I can not afford to pay off such quick as within 5 years.

Currently the fix rate is 5.99%
+ M9 V0 q7 v9 Vthe variable rate is Primary - 0.75%, that is 5.25 now.
