It looks like you guys are all rich and look at only five years rate. If I am buying house I have to look at 20-25 years rate because I can not afford to pay off such quick as within 5 years.

Currently the fix rate is 5.99%
, U1 ?9 P& W, m- Q, _" K' n  h6 H1 Ethe variable rate is Primary - 0.75%, that is 5.25 now.
1 z; F( z1 x  y/ p. @& GI do not know if I should use fix rate or variable rate .
